Abstract:
The objectives of this research are: 1. To study the situation and the problem of community tourism with cultural capital and the environment of the community 2. To study the process cultural and environmental capital management for sustainable community tourism development 3. To develop a platform using AI ( Artificial Intelligent ) to increase the potential of community tourism management on the basis of cultural and environmental capital. This research was conducted on Laem Phak Bia and Hat Chao Samran in Phetchaburi Province as a qualitative research by interviewing and group discussion with tourism stakeholders. From the research, the results can be summarized as follows:
1.The tourism situation in 2020-2021 in both areas found that the number of tourists who came in has decreased than before due to the Covid -19 epidemic situation. The government has control of travel outside the area. It was also found that tourism management in the area was still lacking . 1. Overall integration of the community with tourists. 2. The participation between the business sector and the people to welcome tourists is insufficient. 3. The host in charge of tourism includes holistic tourism management for the connection of the two areas. 4. Management of ongoing management processes such as environmental management, waste management 5. Support from local leaders in the government sector in promoting tourism and managing ongoing activities throughout the year in order to to have tourists come in regularly.
2. Situation and direction of using artificial intelligence technology in tourism today: Tourists use artificial intelligence technology based on various software applications such as mobile banking through payment, transfer of purchases registration through the website such as the Travel Around Thailand project, booking through Facebook media channels. Recognition of various tourism news of tourists, the research found that the management or development of artificial intelligence technology in tourism will take the form of a variety of channels that differ depending on the availability of each community and the ability to understand the use of that software application . The direction of the use of these artificial intelligence technologies is increasing, but there is no organization that is the main host of the development of tourism via AI clearly in community.
3. Increasing the tourism potential of communities through AI for based platforms, it is necessary to have initial data to be useful for the guideline for the development of information. Part of the components that tourists want and the community want to have on the AI platform development consists of: 1. Community Information 2. Activities Tourism (Community Tourist Activities) 3. Travel Route & Map 4. Accommodation (Resident & Hotel) 5. Food & Beverage 6. Tourist Information 7. Tourist Information Community and nearby (Travel location & Recommendation) 8. PR Information, etc. The aforementioned artificial intelligence ( AI ) tourism development platform will be linked to AI -powered parts that help manage important tourism together, such as face scanning, fingerprint scanning, scan to pay. The aforementioned platform format can be further developed as a guideline for writing software application development for sustainable tourism.
4.Guidelines for the development of tourism through AI technology: The results of this research are summarized as a guideline for further development of software application for organizations or interested agencies to use as a principle for further development. It summarizes the major development elements into 4 parts, known as the HPAIS Model . which consists of 1 human capital (Human Capital) - H 2. Tourism process management (Process) - P 3. Artificial intelligence technology (Artificial Intelligent) - AI 4 . Support from various agencies ( Support) - S In addition, because AI technology is constantly changing, including the changing of the tourist community and the social context that has evolved over time. Therefore, recurring data checks (Input) on AI platforms or checking their usage frequently will keep the research data up-to-date.
