Abstract: ในการพัฒนาครีมสูตรกลางวันนํ้ามันมะพร้าว พบว่าสูตรที่เหมาะสมต่อการผลิตครีมสูตร กลางวันนํ้ามันมะพร้าว ประกอบด้วย Virgin coconut oil 30%, Isopropyl myristate 3 %, Cetyl alcohol 3%, Glyceryl monostearate 5%, Glycerin 3 %, Zinc oxide 6%, Titanium dioxide 0.25%,Benzophenone-3 10%, Silasoma Rea 7% และ Deionzed water 32.75% เมื่อนำไปวิเคราะห์คุณภาพ โดยการทดสอบความหนืดของอิมลัชนัพบว่ามีค่าความหนืดอยู่ที่36,304.67±3.51 cp. (p<0.05) และมีค่าความเป็นกรดด่าง (pH) = 5.35±0.01 ลักษณะทางกายภาพครีมมีสีขาว เนื้อเนียน สวย กระจายตัวง่าย ไม่เหนอะหนะและติดผิวดี หลังจากนั้นนำผลิตภัณฑ์ครีมสูตรกลางวันจากน้ำมันมะพร้าวที่ได้จากการทดลองมาปรับปรุงคุณภาพกลิ่น โดยใช้ผู้ทดสอบในห้องปฏิบัติการจำนวน 30 คน พบว่ากลิ่นที่ผู้บริโภคชอบมากที่สุดคือ กลิ่นขมิ้น 83.33% จากทั้งหมด In development of day cream containing coconut oil, which that the suitable formulation is contained virgin coconut oil 30%, isopropyl myristate 3%, cetyl alcohol 3% glyceryl monostearate 5%, glycerin 3%, zinc oxide 6%, titanium dioxide 0.25%, benzophenone-3 10%, silasoma rea 7% and deionzed water 32.75%. When analyze the quality by testing the viscosity of the cream found that the viscosity is 36,304.67±3.51 cp. (p<0.05) and pH is 5.35±0.01. The physical appearance is a white cream, the smooth creamy texture, easy distribution, non-greasy and skin cream stick. After that, day cream containing coconut oil products from the laboratory to improve the smell. Using the test laboratory of 30 people and found that consumers likes day cream contained turmeric odor 83.33% of total
