Abstract:
A Study of Networked Multilateral Ecosystem Management in Lom Sak District Phetchabun province. this time its objectives are: 1) to study the ecological organization of community network partners in Phetchabun Province; 2) to develop creative areas and activities and promote ecological balance in Phetchabun Province; 3) to analyze problems and obstacles and propose elements of multilateral
ecosystem management in Phetchabun Province. This research is a mixed qualitative research. The data was collected by interviewing stakeholders.
The study found that Multilateral ecosystem organization, a network of communities in Lom Sak district, Phetchabun province. Both in the water, the soil, the organic agriculture in all areas of waste management, communities must be understood to have knowledge of soil and water through multilateral participation. All areas For sustainable water resource management has an idea to develop a river by digging into a well in a creek. A staircase leading down to the bottom have an idea to make an underground water bank to increase the level of groundwater. Sustainable water resource management by the participation process of network partners. Soil ecosystem is an important natural resource for human sustenance. Land-based agriculture is the main factor, so soil management adds organic matter to
the soil. Achieved by using organic fertilizers which has many types as well. The use of manure, compost, so another way to add organic matter to the soil. There is an easy way to practice the use of green manure. Green manure is a type of organic fertilizer. Obtained by plowing the leaves and parts of the plant. Especially legumes, during the flowering period which is the period with the highest nutrients. Then let it rot and decay decomposed into food for the plants that will be grown accordingly. Plants are grown as sreen manure include: Sesbania, India, Potheng, Butterfly Pea, and myrap without thorns. Various legumes Having sufficiency for living healthy by making organic farming for household consumption, some sell and reduce the use of pesticides. Using natural methods to get rid of pests instead And environmental friendly waste management and systematic waste management Not to have pollution which affects health Therefore turned their attention to the environment To be in good and sustainable condition. The principle of development that will lead to sustainability is environmental conservation, taking into account resource conservation, control of waste to nature. Efficient use of resources And see the value of population control To reduce the need for human resources. There is also in situ separation and storage. By arranging a sorting bin for people to classify trash separated into recyclable waste non recyclable waste and dangerous waste
implementation of waste management discipline. Therefore, the Zero Waste community project was created to promote and support the cooperation and participation of the people and local sovernment organizations in implementing the integrated solid waste management by implementing the concept of "Zero Waste" or "Zero waste management" according to the 3Rs principle, is reduce or reduce the
amount of waste, reuse or reuse and recycle or reuse. Encourage communities to manage their waste from their source of waste. Space development and creative activities and enhancing ecological balance In the district of Lom Sak, Phetchabun Province. In which each area has activities development that provides ecological balance such as an upstream forest plantation activity on the left bank of Nam Pa
Sak. Irrigation canals for supplying water for agriculture grow plants to add minerals to the soil. This will result in farmers growing more crops. Encourage farmers to reduce the use of chemical fertilizers. Various chemicals use organic fertilizers instead of chemical fertilizers. Encourage more organic farming and campaigning for the community to sort waste before throwing away Which is much easier to manage problems and obstacles are the cooperation, knowledge and understanding of the community to take part in ecosystem management. As for the proposition of a multilateral ecological management component, the government and the people must jointly deal with the problems that arise. As for the government sector, budget support Tool support And the public sector to cooperate and follow in the same direction so that the goal can be achieved. Analyze barriers and propose components for multilateral ecosystem management. In the district of Lom Sak, Phetchabun Province. Found problems with water resources such as water shortage and drought and watershed degradation. The problem of erosion in front of the land, landslides, and flooded forest flows and flood problems water quality problems when separated, there will be waste water problems arising from life activities in the community. Not understanding of organic
farming waste management, lack of knowledge of sorting and not paying attention.
