Abstract:
The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the condition of sustainable leadership development of private school administrators; and 2) find guidelines for developing sustainable leadership of administrators according to the Sappurisdhamma 7 principles of private school administrators in Kamphaeng Phet Province. The sample group consisted private school administrators, deputy director, head teacher, and teachers totaling 266 people and 11 key person. The research instruments were a 5-level estimation questionnaire and a semi-structured interview. Data were analyzed with mean, percentage, standard deviation and content analysis.
The results showed that; Overall, the condition of sustainable leadership development of private school administrators in Kamphaeng Phet Province was at a high level. Sustainable had the highest mean, followed by justice, and Distribution had the lowest. The administrators explained to teachers and personnel who the new recruits understand the necessity and importance of operating principles, explain the results obtained from the training, Let the teachers together analyze the benefits of taking part in the responsibility that arises from the performance of the administrators, allow teachers and staff to self-analyze their workload and attend meetings with teachers and staff Encourage teachers to prioritize budget spending, create a systematic approach to self-development in line with the school's management goals and Organize management structure with flexibility.The administrators organize activities to build relationships for teachers and staff for teachers to realize and understand the principles of unity in coexistence and should allow teachers and staff to understand how to work as a team for the goals of school success in the long term
