Abstract: การวิจัยเรื่อง “การประยุกต์ใช้หลักอริยทรัพย์ 7 เพื่อการพัฒนาองค์กรสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดหนองคาย” เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพภาคสนามโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยคือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาหลักอริยทรัพย์ 7 ประการในพระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท 2. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหากระบวนการการพัฒนาองค์กรของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดหนองคาย และ 3. เพื่อประยุกต์ใช้หลักอริยทรัพย์ 7 เพื่อการพัฒนาองค์กรสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดหนองคาย จากการวิจัยพบว่า หลักอริยทรัพย์ 7 ประการในพระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท คือ ทรัพย์ภายใน เป็นคุณธรรมประจำใจอันประเสริฐ 7 ประการได้แก่ 1. ศรัทธา ศรัทธาในพระพุทธ พระธรรม พระสงฆ์ และความเชื่อที่มีเหตุผล 2. ศีล การรักษากายวาจาให้เรียบร้อย สัมมาวาจา 4 3. หิริ ความละอายใจต่อการทำความชั่ว 4. โอตตัปปะ ความเกรงกลัวต่อความชั่ว 5. สุตะ/พาหุสัจจะ ความเป็นผู้ได้ศึกษาเล่าเรียนมาก 6. จาคะ ความเสียสละ เอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ และ 7. ปัญญา ความรู้ความเข้าใจถ่องแท้ในเหตุผล ดีชั่ว ถูกผิด คุณโทษประโยชน์ มิใช่ประโยชน์ รู้คิดรู้พิจารณาและรู้ที่จะจัดทำ สภาพปัญหากระบวนการการพัฒนาองค์กรของสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดหนองคาย เป็นการบริหารจัดการองค์กรอย่างมีรูปแบบและระบบที่มีความชัดเจนแต่ละคนมีภาระงานหน้าที่รับผิดชอบตามตำแหน่ง ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในองค์ส่วนมากเป็นปัญหาส่วนบุคคล เช่น การนำปัญหาภายนอกเข้ามาในองค์การที่ส่งผลในเรื่องประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานน้อยลง ปัญหาแบ่งกลุ่มทางความคิดเห็นตามกระแสของสื่อที่สงผลในเรื่องการขาดความสามัคคีในองค์กร เป็นต้น ซึ่งทุก ๆปัญหานั้นเมื่อบุคลากรภายในองค์กรมีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักอริยทรัพย์ 7 ก็จะสามารถทำงานตามหน้าที่เพื่อที่จะทำให้องค์กรประสบความสำเร็จได้ดี การประยุกต์ใช้หลักอริยทรัพย์ 7 เพื่อการพัฒนาองค์กรสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาจังหวัดหนองคาย เป็นการเรียนรู้หลักธรรมอริยทรัพย์ 7 ทางพระพุทธศาสนาเพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจในแต่ละข้อเพื่อที่จะประยุกต์ใช้ในการทำงานร่วมกับเพื่อนร่วมงานแต่ละข้อเพื่อสร้างบรรยากาศในการทำงานที่สร้างความสามัคคีภายในองค์กรทุกด้าน กาย วาจา จิตใจ และการนำหลักธรรมมาประยุกต์ปรับใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิตเพื่อที่จะเป็นการดำเนินชีวิตในสังคมปัจจุบันอย่างมีความสุข ด้วยความมีศรัทธาในพระพุทธศาสนาที่ถูกต้อง ในการดำเนินชีวิตตามหลักศีลธรรมที่จะเป็นการสื่อสารการใช้คำพูดที่น่ารักน่าฟัง การมีปัญญาจัดการปัญหาทั้งในองค์กรและในครอบครัวอย่างมีสติและมีเหตุผล และรู้จักการปล่อยวางด้วยการรู้จักการแบ่งปัน การให้ทาน การร่วมกิจกรรมจิตอาสาเพื่อการพัฒนาชุมชน อันจะเป็นการสร้างคุณภาพการใช้ชีวิตที่ส่งเสริมให้องค์กรได้รับการพัฒนาและคุณภาพชีวิตอย่างมีความสุข

Abstract: The research entitled “An application of the 7Noble Treasures for developing the Organization of Nongkhai Buddhist Office was the qualitative research by having the purposes of the research; 1) to study the principle of the 7 Noble Treasures in Theravada Buddhism 2) to study the problem condition of the process of developing the Organization of the Nongkhai Buddhist Office and 3) to apply the principle of the 7 Noble Treasures for developing the Organization of the Nongkhai Buddhist Office. The results of the research were found that the principles of the ๗Noble Treasures in Theravada Buddhism are; 1) means the faith in the Buddha, the Dhamma and the Sangha and the faith in the reasonable things 2) Sila means to keep body, words and mind in the order 3) Hiri means a moral shame in conducting an evil 4) Ottappa means to be afraid of an evil 5) means to be a great learning 6) means the liberality and charitableness and 7) means wisdom, that is, to understand the cause and effect, good or bad, wrong or right, value or wickedness, benefit or non-benefit, to know how to consider and to know how to do. The problem situation of the process in developing the Organization of the Nongkhai Buddhist Office was found that the management of Organization has been done as format and system and clear. Each person has job description in accordance with his/her position. The majority of the problems occurs, it is the private problem such as to bring the outside problem into the organization carries things into effect on the less efficiency of work and the opinion problems of group division in accordance with the trend of media related to the lack of harmony in the organization etc. when organizational personnel understands the principle of the 7 Noble treasures, they can perform their duties for making the organization face the successfulness. The application of the 7 Noble Treasures for developing the Organization of Nongkhai Buddhist Office is to learn the 7 Noble Treasures of Buddhism to increase understanding for each item to apply it for co-operative work in producing the atmosphere in working and creating the unity inside the organization in every aspect such as physical, verbal and mental aspect for lifestyle in the present society for the sake of happiness. With the faith in Buddhism in the right way in lifestyle, one should practice morality that will be media for using polite words and having the knowledge to manage the problems both in the organization and the family with carefulness and reasonability and knowing how to release emotion by knowing how to share, donate and participate in the voluntary activities in order to develop the community that will create the potentiality and enhance the organization to be developed for qualification and happiness.
