Abstract: การวิจัย เรื่อง "การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบและการกำหนดยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่สี่แยกอินโดจีนแบบบูรณาการ" มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบและประเด็นกิจกรรมการพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่สี่แยกอินโดจีน 2) เพื่อพัฒนากระบวนการในการสร้างชุดกิจกรรมร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในการขับเคลื่อนสี่แยกอินโดจีน และ 3) เพื่อถอดบทเรียนในการสร้างชุดกิจกรรมในการพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่สี่แยกอินโดจีน เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม (Participatory Action Research-PAR) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบและประเด็นกิจกรรมการพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่สี่แยกอินโดจีน มีองค์ประกอบและประเด็นกิจกรรมที่ใช้ในการพัฒนา คือ ภาครัฐ ภาคประชาชน ภาคเอกชนและภาควิชาการต้องร่วมมือกันพัฒนาศักยภาพของทุกภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง ต้องสามารถจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ เงินทุนและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ได้อย่างเป็นระบบ ต้องดำเนินการต่อจากกรวางแผนและการจัดองค์กร เมื่อได้มีการวางแผนงาน จัดแบ่งงานและกำหนดโครงสร้างขององค์กรแล้ว ผู้บริหารก็จะต้องทำการจัดหาคนเข้าทำงานตามตำแหน่งต่างๆ อย่างเหมาะสม ด้วยการจัดการองค์กรควรมีวัตถุประสงค์ที่ชัดเจน เพื่อการทำงานที่มุ่งไปสู้จุดมุ่งหมายเดียวกัน 2) พัฒนากระบวนการในการสร้างชุดกิจกรรมร่วมของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในการขับเคลื่อนสี่แยกอินโดจีน ทุกภาคส่วนไม่ว่าจะเป็นภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน ภาคประชาชน และวิชาการ หลังจากที่ได้เสวนาระดมความคิดเห็นแล้ว มีความเห็นตรงกันว่าทุกภาคส่วนต้องทำงานร่วมกันอย่างเป็นระบบ มีการแบ่งข้อมูลซึ่งกันและกัน มีการประชุมวางแผนการทำงาน ติดตามผลงานและรายงานผลอย่างเป็นประจำ ใช้ทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลมากที่สุด ต้องให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้ได้รับผลกระทบจากโครงการอย่างเต็มที่ ส่งเสริมการรวมตัวของคนในชุมชนทำกิจกรรมเพื่อรับฟังปัญหาของชุมชน โดยการเปิดพื้นที่สาธารณะในการจัดกิจกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง 3) ถอดบทเรียนในการสร้างชุดกิจกรรมในการพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่สี่แยกอินโดจีน ในการวิเคราะห์ยุทธศาสตร์และแนวโน้มการพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่สี่แยกอินโดจีน จังหวัดพิษณุโลกเป็นถือเป็นเมืองใหญ่แห่งหนึ่งที่ตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่ภาคเหนือตอนล่างเป็นศูนย์กลางของศูนย์ราชการ ศูนย์กลางโลจิสติกส์ และโครงข่ายการคมนาคมขนส่ง มีแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่หลากหลาย เมืองน่าอยู่และปลอดภัย จึงทำให้จังหวัดพิษณุโลกเป็นเมืองที่ชุมชนมีความเข้มแข็งยั่งยืนทางเศรษฐกิจและสังคม มีความสะดวกสบายและปลอดภัยในการดำเนินชีวิต ระบบการตลาดของสินค้าผักและผลไม้ ในปัจจุบันนี้ยังไม่มีประสิทธิภาพดีพอ ทั้งนี้สาเหตุส่วนหนึ่งอาจมาจากการที่ผักและผลไม้เป็นสินค้าที่เน่าเสียได้ง่าย ความสดไม่ การพัฒนามิใช่เพียงสนใจถึงความเติบโตของเศรษฐกิจเท่านั้น แต่ต้องคำนึงถึง ของสังคมคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของประชาชน ความสมดุลของ สิ่งแวดล้อม คำสำคัญ : ยุทธศาสตร์, การพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่, สี่แยกอินโดจีน
