Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: to study the condition of learning management, to compare learning management, and to present a guideline for the management of social studies learning in accordance with the principles of Sucarita Dhammas to promote learners in the legal practice of upper secondary school students in Muang Kalasin Schools. This study was carried out employing mixed methodology research between quantitative research methods. The population was 316 students in upper secondary school. The sample group was 240 students, and the target group was 12 key informants. The sample size was determined by Krejcie & Morgan method. The research tools were a questionnaire and an interview form. The statistics used in the data analysis were: Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation. The statistics used to test the hypothesis were: t-test analysis and One-way ANOVA.
The research results were as follows:
1) The overall condition of the management of social studies learning in accordance with the principles of Sucarita Dhammas to promote learners in the legal practice of upper secondary school students in Muang Kalasin Schools was statistically rated at the moderate level in all aspects: learning management to comply with the law based on Kāya-sucarita Dhamma, Mano-Sucarita and Vacī-sucarita.
2) The comparison of social studies learning management according to the principles of Sucarita Dhamma to promote learners in the legal practice of upper secondary school students in Muang Kalasin Schools, classified by gender, class level, and parent's occupation, showed indifferent levels of practices.
3) The guideline for the management of social studies learning in accordance with the principles of Sucarita Dhammas to promote learners in the legal practice of upper secondary school students in Muang Kalasin Schools was that teachers must organize activities related to teachers, students, and parents or those involved in all sectors to participate in learning about the law using the principles of Sucarita Dhamma interpolated in all activities and learning processes both inside and outside school to create collaborative learning between teachers, students, parents, and communities.
