Abstract: การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง (Quasi Experimental Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ สร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาเยาวชนให้มีความเป็นผู้นำที่มีศีลธรรมด้วยกระบวนการสร้างอนาคตร่วมกัน และศึกษาผลการพัฒนาเยาวชนให้มีความป็นผู้นำที่มีศีลธรรมด้วยกระบวนการสร้างอนาคตร่วมกัน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาระดับชั้นประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ปีที่ ๓ (ปวช.๓) สังกัดวิทยาลัยเกษตร และเทคโนโลยีเชียงใหม่ ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียน ปีการศึกษา ๒๕๕๖ จำนวน ๑๘ คน การรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้วิธีเชิงประสมระหว่างเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพ โดยใช้เครื่องมือคือ แผนการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาความเป็นผู้นำที่มีศีลธรรมตามกระบวนการสร้างอนาคตร่วมกันจำนวน ๑๓ ขั้นตอน ๒๓ กิจกรรม แบบบันทึกความดี โครงการพัฒนาตนเอง โครงการสร้างสังคมแห่งความสุข แบบวัดลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำที่มีศีลธรรมสำหรับก่อนและหลังร่วมกิจกรรม ซึ่งวัดประเมิน ๑๐ ด้าน ได้แก่ ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต วินัย ความรับผิดชอบ ความยุติธรรม ความสามัคคี รอบคอบ อดทน ควบคุมตนเอง ภาษาและบุคลิกภาพ การตัดสินใจและการเรียนอย่างมีเป้าหมาย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้สถิติพื้นฐานได้แก่ ค่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและ ค่า Paired sample test รวมทั้งกรวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจากการสังเกตพฤติกรรม การบอก เล่าบันทึกความดี การสนทนากลุ่มจากการสรุปบทเรียน โครงการพัฒนาตนเองและโครงการสร้าง สังคมแห่งความสุขและเครือข่ายความดี ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลังจากการร่วมกิจกรรมการพัฒนาลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำที่มีศีลธรรม ที่มีการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ผ่าน กระบวนการ ๑ ขั้นตอน ๒๓ กิจกรรม ทำให้นักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ การพัฒนาลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำที่มีศีลธรรม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .๐๕ โดยมีระดับ ค่าเฉลี่ยหลังร่วมกิจกรรมสูงกว่าก่อนร่วมกิจกรรม ทั้งนี้ลักษณะพฤติกรรมการเป็นผู้นำแต่ละด้านของผู้เรียนก่อนการร่วมกิจกรรมพบว่า ความยุติธรรม (๓.๖๐) ความสามัคคี (๓.๓๗) ความรับผิดชอบ (๓.๓๖) การใช้คำพูดและกริยาที่ เหมาะสม (๓.๓๓) การมีวินัย (๓.๓๐) ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต (๓.๒๗) การควบคุมอารมณ์และการตัดสินใจ (๓.๒๖) ความอดทน (๓.๑๒) ด้านการเรียน (๓..๓) และความรอบคอบ (๒.๙๙) ตามลำดับ โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมที่ ๓.๒๖ ภายหลังการร่วมกิจกรรม พบว่า ลักษณะพฤติกรรมการเป็นผู้นำแต่ละด้านของผู้เรียนมี ระดับคำเฉลี่ยสูงกว่า ดังนี้ การมีวินัย (๔.๓๒) ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต (๔.๑๗) ความยุติธรรม (๔.๑๖) ความรับผิดชอบ (๔.๑๖) ความรอบคอบ (๔.๑๒) ความสามัคคี (๔.๑๑) การใช้คำพูดและกริยาที่ เหมาะสม (๔.๑๑) การควบคุมอารมณ์และการตัดสินใจ (๔.๑๑) ความอดทน (๔.๐๙) และด้านการ เรียน (๓.๗๕) ตามลำดับโดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ ๔.๑๑ อนึ่งนักเรียนที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทุกคนยังแสดงความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุดต่อกิจกรรมการ เรียนรู้เพื่อการพัฒนาลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำที่มีศีลธรรมด้วยกระบวนการสร้างอนาคตร่วมกันทั้ง ง ๑ด แผน และ ๒๓ กิจกรรม จึงสรุปได้ว่าการใช้แผนกิจกรรมการพัฒนาความเป็นผู้นำที่มีศีลธรรมด้วย กระบวนการสร้างอนาคตร่วมกัน สามารถทำให้นักเรียนเกิดการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำที่มี ศีลธรรม ซึ่งแสดงออกทั้งการคิด การพูด การกระทำ ที่วัดประเมินจากพฤติกรรมในชีวิตประจำวันที่ แสดงถึงความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต วินัย ความรับผิดชอบ ความยุติธรรม ความสามัคคี รอบคอบ อดทน ควบคุมตนเอง ภาษาและบุคลิกภาพ การตัดสินใจและการเรียนอย่างมีเป้าหมาย

Abstract: This research is quasi-experimental research, aimed at creating a pattern and plan activities for teenage development on leadership roles with morality for the future, through research conference and study the result of this method. The study group is three eighteen year old vocational students of Chiangmai College of agriculture and technology who registered in 2013. The collection used mixed method of quantitative research and qualitative research. The instruments are activities plan for teenage development on leadership with morality through future search conference contain of 13 steps and 23 activities, morality record book, self-development project, society happiness project, self- assessment form before and after activities which estimates on 10 topics including loyalty, discipline, responsibility, justice, unity, circumspect, patient, self-control, personality, decision and objective study. Data analysis used basic statistics such as percentage, arithmetic mean, standard division, paired sample test, data analysis through behavior observation, telling, morality record book, group conversation on lesson summarize, self- development project and happiness of society project. Research found that, after participation through the 13 steps and 23 activities students have developed their leadership skills as it appears in skill statistical significance at 0.05 which arithmetic mean after an activity is higher than before an activity. Thus the characteristic of moral leadership on students in each area before the activity it has been found that justice is 3.6, unity is 3.37, responsibility is 3.36, personality is 3.33, discipline is 3.3, loyalty is 3.27, self-control is 3.26, patient is 3.12, objective study is 3.03 and circumspect is 2.99. Which the combined mean is 3.26. After the activity it has been found that the characteristic of leadership in each area of students' arithmetic mean is higher as justice is 4.16, unity is 4.11, responsibility is 4.16, personality is 4.11, discipline is 4.32, loyalty is 4.17, self-control is 4.11, patient is 4.09, objective study is 3.75 and circumspect is 4.12. Which the combined mean is 4.11. To sum up, study group who joined the activities found to be highly satisfied with activities. As it can be summarized that activities plan for teenage development on leadership with morality through future search conference can develop students' characteristic on good leadership which is shown through communication, thinking process and performance which is evaluated from day to day behavior that shows loyalty, discipline, responsibility, justice, unity, circumspect, patient, self-control, personality, decision and objective study.
