Abstract: การวิจัชครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย ๓ ประการคือ 2)เพื่อศึกษาบริบทของปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน จังหวัดขอนแก่น ๒)เพื่อศึกษากลยุทธ์การพัฒนาสังคมของปราชญ์ชาวบ้านจังหวัดขอนแก่น และ ๓)เพื่อนำเสนอกลยุทธ์การพัฒนาสังคมของปราชญ์ชาวบ้นจังห วัดขอนแก่น ให้ปีนตัวอย่างในการ พัฒนาสังคม โดยได้รวบรวมข้อมูลตามแนวคิดการวิจัยชิงคุณภาพประกอบด้วยการศึกษาเอกสาร และ การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก(In-depth Interview) เป็นวิธีการหลักในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล แหล่งข้อมูลที่ใช้ ในการวิจัชครั้งนี้เป็นปราชญ์ขาวบ้นจังหวัดขอนแก่น จำนวน 3 ท่าน คือ พ่อบุญเต็ม ชัยถา พ่อผอง เกต พิบูลย์ และพ่อทัศน์ กระยอม ซึ่งเป็นการเลือกแบบเจาะจง(Purposive Samping) เพราะปราชญ์ ชาวบ้านทั้ง ๓ ท่าน มีผลงานที่ โดดเด่นเป็นยอมรับของสังคม ตลอดทั้งมีการดำเนินกิจกรรมร่วมกัน ในการพัฒนาสังคม ซึ่งผลจากการวิจัย พบว่า กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาสังคมของปราชญ์ชาวบ้านจังหวัด ขอนแก่น สามารถจำแนกเป็นกลยุทธ์ด้านต่างๆ ดังนี้ .กลยุทธ์ด้านการสร้างความร่วมมือ ๑.๑ การพัฒนาตนเองเพื่อให้เป็นที่ขอมรับ ในต้านการคำเนินชีวิต การมีคุณธรรม ความ เป็นผู้นำ การเป็นบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ ๑.๒ สร้างระบบการทำงานอย่างมีส่วนร่วม เปิดโอกาสให้สมาชิกหรือเครือข่ายได้ร่วม คิดร่วมทำ ร่วมแก้ปัญหา ๑.๓ สร้างระบบการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ซึ่งกันและกัน มีการช่ายเหลือเกื้อกูลกัน ๑.๔ ประสานความร่วมมือกับบุคคล และหน่วขงานทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน เพื่อการเข้าถึงแหล่งเรียนรู้ เงินทุน และทรัพยากรอื่น ๆ ๒. กลยุทธ์ด้านภูมปิัญญาชาวบ้าน ๒.๑ การพฒันาตอ้งอยบู่ นฐานของวิถีชีวิตที่มกีารเก้ือกลูกนัระหว่างมนุษย์กับมนุษย์ และมนุษย์กับธรรมชาติ ๒.๒ มีการประยุกต์ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นและภูมิปัญญาสมัยใหม่เข้าด้วยกัน เพื่อการใช้ ประโยชน์ร่วมกันและรู้จัดการเลือกใช้ภูมิปัญญาที่เหมาะสม ๒.๓ นำหลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนามาเป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินชีวิต โดยฉพาะ หลัก "อตุตาหิ อตฺตโน นาโถ" ตนเป็นที่พึ่งแห่งตน ๓. กลยุทธ์ด้านความยั่งยืน ๓.๑ มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาคนให้มีคุณภาพ เพื่อให้ความรู้ที่จะอยู่ในสังคมอย่างรู้เท่าทันกับ การเปลี่ยนแปลงของสังคม ๓.๒ สร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทุกระดับ เพื่อให้เกิดแนวร่วมอย่างกว้างขวาง ๓.๓ เน้นการพัฒนาที่อยู่บนพื้นฐานของชีวิตจริง มีความตั้งใจจริง สรุปได้ว่ากลยุทธ์การพัฒนาสังคมของปราชญ์ชาวบ้านจังหวัดขอนแก่น มุ่งเน้นการ พัฒนาคนให้มีคุณภาพ เน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของชาวบ้าน การบูรณาการภูมิปัญญาพื้นบ้นผสมผสาน กับภูมิปัญญาสมัยใหม่ ส่งเสริมให้เกิดการพึ่งตนเองและการพึ่งพาอาศัยซึ่งกันและกันในชุมชน และ การสร้างเคือข่ายเป็นเครื่องมือในการดำเนินงาน

Abstract: There are three objectives of research; 1) to study the context of local scholars in Khon Kaen province, 2) to study the strategy on social development of local scholars in Khon Kaen province, and 3) to present the strategy on social development of local scholars in Khon Kaen province as the example for developing society. The data collections followed the concept of qualitative research including the documents and in-depth interview as the main method. The data source used in research as three local scholars; Phor Boontem Chaila, Phor Phong Ketpiboon, and Phor That Krayom, which was the purposive sampling because of three of them having the remarkable works accepted by society and having the co-activities in social development. The result of research were found that the strategy on social development of local cholars in Khon Kaen province can be divided in many ways as follow; 1. Strategy of the co-operation 1.1. To have Self-development in order to be accepted in the way of life-living, having morality, leadership and being the person of learning. 1.2. To create the system of co-working by opening the opportunity to members or network for having co-thinking and doing and co-solving problems. 1.3. To create the system of sharing knowledge to each others with hospitality. 1.4. To link the co-operation with persons and agencies of private and government in order to reach the learning source, budget and other resources. 2. Strategy on the local scholars 2.1 Development based on the way of life with having hospitality during human beings with human beings and buman beings with nature. 2.2. To apply the local wisdom and modern wisdom together in order to use co-benefit and know how to select the appropriate local wisdoms. 2.3 To bring the doctrine of Buddhism as being the way for life-living, especially the doctrine 'One is his own self-refuge.' 3. Strategy on the sustainable development 3.1 To aim at the human being development with quality for giving knowledge of seeing through the society's trick and change. 3.2 To create the network of co-operation in all levels for having the broader participation. 3.3. To focus on the development based on reality of life with sincerity. The research could be summarized that the strategies on social development of local scholars in Khon Kaen province had focused on human being development with quality, co- operation of villagers, integration on local wisdom and modern wisdom, promotion to have self- refuge and hospitality to others in community and making the network for being as the tool of co- operation.
