Abstract: ในงานวิจัยฉบับนี้ผู้วิจัยมุ่งที่จะศึกษาวิเคราะห์แนวคิดเรื่องกุศโลบาย : ศึกษาการใช้ปัญญา เพื่อการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ปรากฏในคัมภีร์พระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาทโดยผู้วิจัยกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ไว้ ๒ ประการ (๑) เพื่อศึกษาบริบทแนวคิดเรื่องกุศโลบายในคัมภีร์ของพุทธศาสนาเถรวาท (๒) เพื่อศึกษา การประยุกต์ใช้กุศโลบายเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาชีวิต ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แนวคิดเรื่องกุศโลบายที่ปรากฏในคัมภีร์พระพุทธศาสนาเถรวาทเป็นกรอบแนวคิดว่าด้วย การนำเทคนิคและวิธีการบางอย่าที่สามารถนำมาแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นได้ โดยคำว่ากุศโลบายนั้น หมายถึงวิธีการที่เหมาะสมมีบ่อเกิดมาจากการคิดหรือสติปัญญาที่เรียกว่าโยนิโสมนสิการและความ ต้องการที่ออกจากปัญหาโดยวิธีการคิดที่จัดว่าเป็นกุศโลบายนั้นมีอยู่ ๑๐ วิธีที่สามารถนำไปแก้ไข ปัญหาได้ ๒ ระดับคือปัญหาระดับชาวบ้านและปัญหาระดับพระสงฆ์ โดยการใช้กุศโลบายจะได้ผลนั้น ย่อมขึ้นอยู่กับสติปัญญาของผู้ใช้ด้วย ซึ่งในทางพระพุทธศาสนาเห็นว่าการใช้กุศโลบายนั้นจะต้องรู้จัก การเลือกใช้ให้เหมาะสมกับเวลาและโอกาส และมีกระบวนการที่นำไปใช้ที่เป็นระบบจึงจะสามารถ แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นได้ ในสังคมไทยปัจจุบันนั้นเราสามารถที่จะนำกรอบแนวคิดเรื่องกุศโลบายไปปรับประยุกต์ใช้ ทั้งในส่วนของการแก้ไขปัญหาและการปรับประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อการพัฒนาชีวิตและสังคม โดยการ ประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อการแก้ไขปัญหาในการดำเนินชีวิตนั้นในระดับชาวบ้านทั่วไปก็ได้แก่การนำไปใช้เพื่อ การแก้ไขปัญหาความโกรธ หรือความขัดแย้งและการขาดความสามัคคี หรือการขาดความอดทนอัน จะนำไปสู่ความล้มเหลวในชีวิต ส่วนในระดับพระสงฆ์นั้นสามารถนำไปใช้เพื่อการอำนวยประโยชน์ เพื่อก่อให้เกิดความสามัคคีและการบรรลุธรรมอันเป็นเป้าหมายสูงสุดได

Abstract: This Research is to analytically study the story of the strategic skillfulness : To utilize the wisdom for solving the crisis regarding to the Theravada Buddhist Scripture. . It is of 3 objectives, namely :- 1.To study the strategic skillfulness in the Theravada Buddhist Scripture.2.To study An Applying the strategic skillfulness to solve the problem in daily life. The result of the study indicate that : The concept of the strategic skillfulness that appears in Buddhist scripture is a conceptual frame about techinque to lead and some methodology to solve the problem , by the word that , strategic skillfulness means the good methodology is appropriate that origin from the thinking or, intelligence namely critical reflection (Yoniso manasikara) and the requirement that depart a problem. by the analytical thinking that are regarded as strategic skillfulness has 10, that can solve the human problem into 2 level such as (1) the level of villagers and (2) the level of the Buddhist priest , And How to using strategy will that effective should depend on the intelligence of the user, In the Buddhist teaching to using that strategy will must know the filtration uses is appropriate the time and a chance , and have the procedure to apply systematic then can solve that problem, In the present Thai society ,we can take the concept of the strategic skillfulness to apply for sove the problems into 2 ways (1) To solve the daily life problem and (2) To apply for life and social development. To solving the daily life ,in the level of villagers is using for solve the hatred problem ,or conflict , schism ,tolerance depletion which bring to the failure in the life , the level of the Buddhist priest level can apply for beneficial which caused of the unity and to attain enlightenment that is the goal achievement
