Abstract: การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระบบนิเวศในกระบวนการผลิตผ้าไหมของชุมชนในกลุ่มนครชัยบุรินทร์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบนิเวศในกระบวนการผลิตผ้าไหมของชุมชนในกลุ่มนครชัยบุรินทร์ตามหลักการพัฒนาอย่างยั่งยืน เพื่อใช้วิเคราะห์ผลกระทบห่วงโซ่อุปาทานและระบบนิเวศในกระบวนการผลิตผ้าไหม ของชุมชนในกลุ่มนครชัยบุรินทร์วิธีการวิจัยแบบคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 19 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระบบนิเวศในกระบวนการผลิตผ้าไหมของชุมชนในกลุ่มนครชัยบุรินทร์ ปัญหาที่พบคือการปล่อยน้ำเสียที่มีสีจากกระบวนการย้อมสี ผลกระทบจากสารเคมีจึงมีต่อผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่ใช้สารเคมีโดยตรงและผู้บริโภค และผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมในเรื่องของการใช้พลังงานและการปลดปล่อยสารเคมีจากกระบวนการผลิตออกสู่สิ่งแวดล้อม 2) การพัฒนาระบบนิเวศในกระบวนการผลิตผ้าไหมของชุมซนในกลุ่มนครชัยบุรินทร์ ภาคอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอมีการวิจัยเพื่อสร้างนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ ในกระบวนการผลิตสิ่งทอให้เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม และเพื่อตอบรับกับความต้องการของผู้บริโภคที่มีความรู้สึก รับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมมากขึ้น มีการพัฒนารูปแบบให้มีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะท้องถิ่น และมีการยกระดับคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ได้มาตรฐาน ซึ่งมีโอกาสสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มในตลาดโลกได้อย่างมากมายและมีแนวโน้มสูงขึ้น 3) วิเคราะห์ผลกระทบห่วงโซ่อุปาทานและระบบนิเวศในกระบวนการผลิตผ้าไหม ของชุมชนในกลุ่มนครชัยบุรินทร์ กระบวนการย้อมสีเป็นกระบวนการสำคัญในอุตสาหกรรมสิ่งทอที่สามารถก่อให้เกิดมลภาวะต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม รวมไปถึงน้ำทิ้งอย่างมากเนื่องจากเป็นกระบวนการที่มีการใช้งานสีย้อม และสารเคมีอย่างมากมาย และหลากหลายไปตามชนิดของเส้นไหม ดังนั้น การเลือกใช้สีย้อมผ้าไม่ว่าจะเป็นสีเคมีหรือสีธรรมชาติ รวมไปถึงกระบวนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในกระบวนการย้อมสีเส้นไหม จำเป็นต้องพิจารณาถึงผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นกับสิ่งแวดล้อมด้วย แนวทางแก้ไข ผลกระทบระบบนิเวศในกระบวนการผลิตผ้าไหมการย้อมเส้นไหม การย้อมเส้นไหม มีทั้งการใช้ธรรมชาติและสีเคมีหรือสีสังเคราะห์ในการย้อม ปัจจุบันมีการรณรงค์ให้ใช้สิธรรมชาติในการย้อมเส้นไหมแทนสีเคมีเนื่องจากมีผลกระต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมต่ำ มีเทคโนโลยีการบำบัดน้ำเสียที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการบำบัดน้ำเสียจากกระบวนการย้อมไหม

Abstract: Objectives of this research are to study of Ecological in the silk production process of communities in the city of Aberdeen Burin. To analyze the supply chain and ecosystem impacts in the silk production process Of communities in the Nakorn Churin City Using a Qualitative Research. 17 key informant. The textile industry has research to create new innovations and technologies. In the production process of textile to be environmentally friendly. And to respond to the needs of consumers who are more environmentally responsible. Has developed a pattern that is unique to the local area. And have upgraded the product quality to standard. Which has a lot of opportunities to create additional value in the global market and is likely to increase. 3) Analyze the impact of the supply chain and ecosystem in the silk production process.
