Abstract:
This paper is comprehensive research of shuttle services assessment towards public transport promotion in Mae Fah Luang University. The objective is to explore and assess the associated factors of shuttle service in campus. The questionnaire surveys were conducted via an online platform, and the valid sample was 400. The data were analyzed using IBM SPSS statistics version 26 and AMOS 21.0 software. Structural equation modeling was conducted by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and confirm the validation by several modification indices. Findings revealed that there are four significant components associated in shuttle service assessment, including facilities, vehicles, services, and operations. The results also delivered advantages to policy promotion on public transport and contributed to a long-term beneficial impact toward sustainable transit development.
