Abstract: ชื่อเรื่อง : แนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดขอนแก่น ผู้วิจัย : นางสาวนุธิดา บุญหาญ ปริญญา : ครุศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต (การบริหารจัดการการศึกษา) มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏมหาสารคาม อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา : รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.กฤษกนก ดวงชาทม ปีการศึกษา : 2565 บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) สภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์แนวทางทาง การบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนที่มีประสิทธิผล สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัด ขอนแก่น และ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนที่มีประสิทธิผล สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดขอนแก่น งานวิจัยนี้ใช้รูปแบบของการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา (R&D) แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 การศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์การบริหารงาน วิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนที่มีประสิทธิผล สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดขอนแก่น ระยะที่ 2 การศึกษาแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนที่มีประสิทธิผล สังกัดสำนักงาน ศึกษาธิการจังหวัดขอนแก่น กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ศึกษาระยะที่ 1 คือ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนโรงเรียน เอกชน จำนวน 424 คน จากนั้นนำผลการศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์มาเป็นแนวทาง ในการร่างแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนที่มีประสิทธิผล โดยมีแนวทางใน การพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการ 4 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร 2) ด้านการจัดการเรียนรู้ 3) ด้านการนิเทศภายใน และ 4) ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล เป็นกรอบในการสร้างเครื่องมือวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ คือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ ของร่างแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนซึ่งมีค่ามีค่าดัชนี ความสอดคล้อง เท่ากับ 1.00 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนที่มี ประสิทธิผล สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยภาพรวม พบว่าอยู่ในอันดับมากและ ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น ( Modified PNI ) เท่ากับ 0.74 ซึ่งสามารถเรียงลำดับดัชนีความต้องการ จำเป็นได้ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการวัดและประเมินผล 2) ด้านการนิเทศภายใน 3) ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตร และ 4) ด้านการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ และมีผลการดำเนินงาน และจากการประเมินความเหมาะสม ข และความเป็นไปได้ของแนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเอกชนที่มีประสิทธิผล สังกัดสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดขอนแก่นในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด คำสำคัญ: แนวทางการบริหารงานวิชาการ, โรงเรียนเอกชน ________________________________________________ อาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์หลัก ค Title : Guidelines Academic Affairs Administration of Private Schools Effectiveness under Khon Kaen Province Education Office Author : Miss.Nutida Boonharm Degree : Master of Education (Educational Administration) Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University Advisors : Associate Professor Dr.Kritkanok Duangchatom Year : 2022 ABSTRACT The objectives of this research were to study 1) current and desirable conditions, effective guidelines for academic administration of private schools. under the Office of Education, Khon Kaen Province; and 2) to study the guidelines for effective academic administration of private schools. under the Office of Education, Khon Kaen Province This research uses the research form as Research and Development (R&D) divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 is a study of current conditions and desirable conditions for effective academic administration of private schools. Under the Office of Education, Khon Kaen Province, Phase 2 A Study of Effective Guidelines for Academic Administration of Private Schools under the Office of Education, Khon Kaen Province The sample group used in the first phase of the study was 424 private school administrators and teachers. Then, the results of the study on current and desirable conditions were used as a guideline for drafting effective guidelines for academic administration of private schools. There are guidelines for the development of academic administration in 4 areas: 1) curriculum development 2) learning management 3) internal supervision and 4) measurement and evaluation. It is a framework for creating research tools to study current and desirable conditions, i.e. questionnaires and feasibility and feasibility assessment forms. of the draft guidelines for academic administration of private schools, which had a consistency index of 1.00. Conditions for effective academic administration of private schools Under the Office of Education, Khon Kaen Province, as a whole, it was found that it ranked highly. and the required demand index value ( Modified PNI ) was 0.74, which can be sorted out the need index as follows: 1) measurement and evaluation 2) internal supervision 3) curriculum ง development and 4) learning management development. and have operating results and from the assessment of the appropriateness and feasibility of effective guidelines for academic administration of private schools under the Office of Education, Khon Kaen Province as a whole is at the highest level.
