Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ๑) เพื่อยกระดับแหล่งทุนชุมชนตามศาสตร์พระราชาสู่การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน ๒) เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายแหล่งทุนชุมชนในอำเภอหนองบัว จังหวัดนครสวรรค์สู่การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานทั้งวิจัยในเชิงเอกสาร (DocumentaryResearch) และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) ในภาคสนาม โดยใช้วิธีวิทยาการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามประกอบการสัมภาษณ์ (Inter-view Guideline) และแนวคำถามสำหรับการสนทนากลุ่ม เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยตนเอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สามารถรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการยกระดับแหล่งทุนชุมชนตามศาสตร์พระราชาสู่การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนที่เกี่ยวกับวิถีชีวิต ความเชื่อ ประวัติศาสตร์ ศิลปวัฒนธรรมและประเพณีท้องถิ่นที่มีความสำคัญ พร้อมทั้งการบูรณาการภูมิปัญญาหรือแหล่งทุนที่เกี่ยวกับวิถีชีวิตตามแนวพระพุทธศาสนาและการน้อมนำศาสตร์พระราชาสู่การปฏิบัติ อันนำไปสู่การยกระดับให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ตามวิถีพอเพียงสร้างมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจที่สอดรับกับแผนท่องเที่ยวชุมชนภายใต้แผนการวิจัยโดยที่เป็นการศึกษาภายใต้แนวคิดและทฤษฎีเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาชุมชน การยกระดับทุนทางสังคมศาสตร์พระราชากับการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน การท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม การมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน เป็นการศึกษาแหล่งทุนทางวัฒนธรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิถีชีวิต เพื่อค้นหาจุดเด่นของชุมชน ซึ่งสามารถตอบวัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยข้อที่ ๑ ในการศึกษาและรวบรวมแหล่งทุนชุมชนได้ ส่วนในเรื่องขององค์ความรู้ที่เกิดขึ้นจะต้องเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ให้กับชุมชน และเชื่อมโยงแผนการท่องเที่ยวของชุมชนไปพร้อมกัน และเมื่อประชากรส่วนใหญ่เป็นเกษตรกรที่แม้จะมีการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องทางด้านกายภาพ แต่กลับพบว่ามีปัญหในการดำเนินชีวิตอย่างเช่น ขาดเงินในการลงทุน จึงส่งผลให้มีคุณภาพชีวิตในด้านเศรษฐกิจแย่ลงกว่าเดิม การขาดองค์ความรู้ในด้านการอยู่แบบวิถีพอเพียงและการขาดกระบวนการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้นั้นจะต้องดำเนินการยกระดับแหล่งทุนให้สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างยั่งยืน จึงเป็นการตอบวัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 6 เพราะจะต้องมีการสร้างเครือข่ายและการทำหน้าที่ของเครือข่ายชุมชนวิถีพอเพียง มีการสร้างรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่เหมาะสมกับชุมชนโดยใช้หลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนาผนวกกับหลัก "ปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง" เป็นกลไกขับเคลื่อนการทำงานเชิงรูปธรรม

Abstract: This research aims to 1) to raise the level of community funding sources based on the King's Philosophy to sustainable development 2) to build a network of community funding sources in Nongbua District, Nakhonsawan Province towards sustainable development. This research is a combination of research in documentary research and qualitative research in the field. Using a blended research method and the tools used in the study consisted of an inter- f-view guideline and a group discussi sion questionnaire, collect information manually. The data was as analyzed by content analysis method. Results of this research were the following: Able to gather information on raising the community funding sources based on the King's Philosophy to sustainable development related to lifestyles, beliefs, history, art and culture, and local traditions that are important. Along with integrating wisdom or funding sourc rces related to the way of life in accordance with Buddhism and the introdu Juction of the king's Philoso osophy into prac to practice. This leads to upgrading to be a learning center based on the sufficiency method, creating economic value in line with the community tourism plan under the research plan. It is a study under the concept and theory of community development, social capital, raising The King's Phlosophy and sustainable development, cultural tourism, community involveme ent. It is the study of cultural capital that relates to the way of life. To find the strength of the comn nmunity which can answer the objective of research item 1 to study and collect community funding sources. As for the knowledge that occurs, it must be a leamning center for the community and link the community tourism plans together. And when the majority of the populations are farmers, despite continued physical development, nt, but found that there are problems in life such as lack of money to invest. As a result, the quality of life in the economy is worse than before. Because people in the community still lack knowledge on how to live in a self- sufficient way, lack of a leaming exchange process to raise the level of funding sources to be able to solve problems sustainably. This can a answer the objective of research item 2. This has to be the construction of a network and the function of a community network of sufficiency. Creating a leaming model suitable for the community by using Buddhist principles in conjunction with the principle of "Sufficiency Economy Philosophy" as a mechanism to drive concrete work.
