Abstract:
The research aimed to study and compare the levels of trainees satisfaction towards Department of Skill Development 3, Chonburi according to the trainees gender, age, education level, occupation, personal monthly income, marital status and their training experience and by looking at their satisfaction in 5 areas: training curriculum, training method, trainers, location and environment, and public relations. The data analysis was conducted with the statistical techniques that include frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypothesis testing was conducted via a t-test and the analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA) with the statistical significance of 0.05 and pair comparison by means of LSD. The research discovered that the overall satisfaction of trainees towards Department of Skill Development 3, Chonburi was at the high level. The satisfaction in trainers was at the highest level while the satisfaction in training curriculum, training method, and public relations was at the high level. Lastly, the satisfaction in location and environment was at the high level. The comparison of the satisfaction levels of trainees according to their gender, education level, occupation, and personal monthly income revealed the difference in the levels of satisfaction with a statistical difference of 0.05, which confirmed the hypothesis. However, the comparison of the satisfaction levels of trainees according to their age, marital status, and training experience showed no difference in the levels of satisfaction with a statistical difference of 0.05, which rejected the hypothesis.
