Abstract:
The research studies in acknowledge on the Perception of Buddhist Nursing Professional Ethics of Professional Nurses on Efiectiveness Services is both survey research and qualitative research. The purpose of this study was to study the ethical practice of professional nurses in Bangkok in order to study the perception of Buddhist ethics of nursing profession aflecting the service efficiency of professional nurses in Bangkok area and to test the hypothesis based on the personal factors of professional nurses who have factors in the delivery of services according to Buddhist ethics.
The research's methodology is 2,000 nursing professional students in Bangkok area, research's tools, questionnaire and deep-interview's forms. The data-collection is done by questionnaire and deep-interview forms with the descriptive statistical analysis accompanied with percentage, average and speculation with testing statistic of T-Test and F-Test for statistical significance in data-analysis is speculated in the level of 0.05.
The results of the study were as follows: most of them are female. 51.00% who are between 31-35 years old, married 57.50, bachelor degree. 63.50%, salary level higher than 25,000 baht 36.50%, being a professional nursing position 59.00% and Buddhist 62.50%.
The professional nurses had the highest perception of ethics in Buddhism, with an average of 4.25. When considering the individual practices, it was found that the factors related to the acceptability of the ethical training were at the high level, the mean score was 4.26. The factors related to accepting the Buddhist principles were at the high level, the mean was 4.32. The factors related to the acceptance of applying the principles to work at the high level were 4.18 and the factors related to the experience of recognizing the principles of Buddhism at the high level were 4.18.
The professional nurses had the highest level of service quality in terms of overall service quality, with an average of 4.34. When considering each aspect, it was found that the perception of professional ethics in professional nurses was at the high level of 4.28. The application of professional ethics in nursing service was at the high level, the mean was 4.45,which is equal to the percentage of mean in terms of adapting to organizational culture at a high level, with an average of 4.29 and the effectiveness of service of nurses at a high level with an average of 4.30

It is used to test independent variables such as gender, age, status, education level salary level, work location religion with the effectiveness of nursing service was found that the professional nurses had an opinion on the effectiveness of a service that has a different ethical acceptance will aflect the effectiveness of the service. nurses did not influence the efiectiveness of the service.
