Abstract:
The objective of this study were 1) to study history and content of Wat Suthat's Inscribe 2) to study of Buddhadhamma appearing on it and 3) to analyze it's value influenced Thai society. Wat Suthat's Inscribe composed of 3 sectors; first, 27 ex-Buddhas in 28 pieces, PacceBuddhas in 30 pieces and world landscape in 32 pieces. The result of study found that many sources of first Wat Suthat's Inscribe
could be more referred to were Tipitaka, exegesis and others respectively. It's more sources because of content of books were same. PacceBuddhas in exegesis was referred in second Inscribe and lastly exegesis and others were referred in world landscape of
inscribe. Contents of three inscribe sectors were separated but one meaning as a whole was 'Buddhist cosmology'. This same as wall painting appeared on Wat Suthat' Uposatha hall, sculpture and architecture in shrine landscape. It's contents
were similar to Buddhist world landscape books contents. First and second content were ex-Buddhas and PacceBuuddhas who were ideal persons of worlds and third content referred to three worlds; paradise, human being world and evil world. The purpose of Wat Suthat's Inscribe in Buddhist frame of Thai society value were Karma. Karma concept manifested of property of all living beings who
would lived in each world depend to Karma or their doing. Even though the ex-Lord Buddhas were the most ideal person of living being becoming from previous unlimited perform meritorious acts or their karma that showed principle of Budhhism all being could do and could be if they would.
