Abstract:
Research '"Changes in political culture and leader power structure in LoeiProvince" The researcher set up three objectives which are 1) to study theadministrative principles and political power structure of the local leaders in LoeiProvince 2) to study the development of the change model Political culture under thepower structure of the local leaders in Loei Province and 3) to analyze the value ofTo change the political culture and power structure of the local governmentorganization leaders in Loei Province This research is a mix methodology researchbetween qualitative research methodology and quantitative research. (QuantitativeResearch Methodology), which the researcher has specified 2 types, namely collectingdata from 30 key informants who are experts. And a sample group of about 400people. The researcher has determined the distribution of questionnaires from thepeople who use the service in the localgovernment organization in the amount of 17pits / 2 districts / 17 poppies / each 10 sets by taking all the data for analysis.
