Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the opinions of teachers under Ratchaburi Provincial Primary Education Office on the basic educational standards for external quality evaluation The sample consisting of 351 teachers was taken from teachers under Ratchaburi Provincial Primary Education Office and derived through the multistage random sampling technique. The instruments used for the data collection were various questionnaires using a (one to five point) rating scale. The questions were arranged as a check list and open ended. The statistics used for analyzing the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation and one-way analysis of variance
The research findings were summarized as follows : 1. The opinions of teachers under Ratchaburi Provincial Primary Education Office on the basic educational standards for external quality evaluation were overall at high level. In criticism by sections, they were found that the opinions of the teachers were also at high level in every sections. The opinions on Process Section. Input Sections and Student Section were scored the most. more and the least. Respectively. 2. The opinions of teachers under Ratchaburi Provincial Primary Education Office to the basic educational standard for external quality evaluation among different-sized of schools, it is found that their opinions were different either on the overview or the individual sections no statistically significant difference.
