Abstract:
The research aimed to study factors affecting the organizational innovation capabilities of the automotive parts companies in Amata City Industrial Estate, Chonburi province. 215 participants of this research included executives, managers, senior employees and department supervisors with the stratified random sampling. The descriptive statistics were used to analyze data including frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis by the Enter method with statistically significance difference at 0.05. The results showed the Multiple regression analysis with the Enter method of individual attributes (leader) was applied in this research on attitude factor towards the change which had an effect on innovative organizational abilities revealed that the individual characteristics (leader) on attitude factor towards the change affected the innovative capabilities of the automotive parts companies in Amata City Industrial Estate, Chonburi province with statistically significance difference at 0.05. Moreover, the recession analysis results of the internal nature of the organizational structure which affected the innovative capabilities of the organization found that the internal characteristics of the organizational structure in all five areas : the integration of power, the complexity, the management of work, the wasteful or unnecessary work, the organizational size affected the organizational innovation capabilities of the automotive parts companies in Amata City Industrial Estate, Chonburi province with statistically significance difference at 0.05.
