Abstract:
This research aims to learn about corporate social responsibility. (CSR) That affects the development of communities around industrial estates. Industrial Age 4.0, and for learn hypothesize. 1) ISO26000 implementations participation in corporate social responsibility activities (PAR) socially responsible leadership influence community development. 2) Participation in corporate social responsibility activities, and socially responsible leadership. (SRL) influence ISO26000 implementations. 3) Socially responsible leadership (SRL). Influence participation in corporate social responsibility activities. This research operation uses a mixed research method. This uses quantitative research. The tool is a query using structural equation model analysis (SEM) and support withqualitative research, with the tool as an interview format. Qualitative information is obtained from interviews with representatives of at least 14 CSR organizations. Which comes from 7 industry types, 2 industry types each. Quantitatively, questionnaires were collected from the population living in the communities surrounding Amata City Industrial Estate Chonburi. And the surrounding Amata City Industrial Estate Rayong. Within a radius of 5 kilometers, totaling 481 people. The theoretical model analysis results are consistent with empirical data. Chi-Square= 283.99, df=100, P-value=0.00, Relative-Chi-Square=2.84, RMSEA =0.06, RMR =0.01 SRMR =0.03, GFI=0.93, AGFI=0.90, CFI=0.99, PGFI=0.61, CN =223.21. The results showed hypotheticals.
