Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to study the factors effecting to team working in NSP. The sampling groups were selected by quota sampling method and using computer software to do the basic statistical analysis, T-test, One-way ANOVA, and multiple regressions. The findings are indicated as: The operators in NSP who have different in gender, education and working position which process different efficiency in team working. The operators in NSP who have different in working period, working position and working section process different satisfactions in team working. The factors which are working skill, leadership and team working have some effect to the efficiency of team working in NSP. The factors which are organization structure, suitable persuasive systems and leadership have some effect to the employees satisfactions of team working in NSP.
