Abstract:
The aim of this study is to find a guidance for development the current land use in order to set it as a future policy of a wetland area; Huathalae Lake in Huathalae Sub-district, Mueang District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. An analysis of area us potential is used in the research method. เท the past, this Huathalae area had an important role for Nakhon Ratchasima people and community us food resources, agriculture and ecological landscape. In the current years, the need of land use has been changed after Thailand economic had been developed during fifty years ago. In the time and The First National Economic Development Plan in Thailand. These great changes had impacted to people us career. Agricultural products were produced for more trading, particular for dealing in the main transportation routes. Also an increasing of people immigration from other locations caused of highly needs of residential land in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Some areas where original people used for agriculture were replaced by new houses. A lot of people who used to work on a farmland had moved to work as employees for service business in the city and in Suranaree Industrial Zone. However there were some people, who could not adjust their living, moved away to find new home for agricultural career. The results show that the feasible proceeding for development Huathalae lake and the areas around is set on a potential's principle in area improvement and capacity. Furthermore, the concept for a suitable land using that is not exceeded its capacity competence is also improved so that to reach to sustainable development.
