Abstract:
The purposes of this research are: 1) to develop a program to train IoT System
Integrator 2) to find the index of the effectiveness in the training scheme 3) to evaluate
the working skills shown by the trainees during the training scheme 4) to assess the
training satisfaction of the trainees who attended the loT System Integrator training
program. This training curriculum has been approved by 10 educational and industrial
experts. The sample group is based on purposively sampling comprising of 55 industrial personals who are interested in being the system integrator. The methods of collecting
data include performance observation paper test and questionnaire where the analytical
parts utilize various statistic methods such as frequency, percentage, effectiveness
indexing (E.l.), t-test and also content analysis. The research results reveal that 1) both
the developed training program and learning media have the appropriateness at
high level (X = 4.39, S.D. = 0.15) and (X = 4.4, S.D. = 0.09), conservatively. 2) The
training scheme has successfully increased the trainees' knowledge with statistical
significance of .01 3) The loT system integrator training program has gained the learning
achievement by 83 percent 4) The trainees had shown great satisfaction towards the
training program (X = 4.21, S.D. = 0.12).
