Abstract:
This research aimed to determine the factors that affect staff performance in Rajamangala University of Technology Isan. The data gathering tools used in this study were questionnaires. The statistics used to analyze quantitative data included frequency, percentages, average and standard deviation, then the hypothesis testing was estimated with Multiple Regression Analysis. This study revealed that there were some critical success factors that improve the university job performance development such self-actualization and achievement motivation. The outcome of the supporting staff competencies was 46.20 percent at a statistical significance level of 0.01. The other factor was organizational management, which the outcome of the support staff performance was 16.10 percent with the significant level of 0.01.
