Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจ ของนิสิตในด้านการให้บริการของห้องปฏิบัติการสรีรวิทยา มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา และเพื่อให้ได้แนวทางการพัฒนาคุณภาพการให้บริการของห้องปฏิบัติการสรีรวิทยา คณะวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ มหาวิทยาลัย พะเยา โดยทำการศึกษาจากนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 2 คณะแพทย์ศาสตร์, คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ และ คณะสหเวชศาสตร์ รวมทั้งสิ้น 316 คน ซึ่งส่วนมากเป็นเพศหญิงและศึกษารายวิชาสรีรวิทยาของมนุษย์ (367202) และได้ทำการศึกษาในภาคเรียนที่1ปีการศึกษา 2558 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อให้ให้บริการด้าน ห้องปฏิบัติการ ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย ความเป็นระเบียบของห้องปฏิบัติการ , ความเพียงพอของพื้นที่ในการทำปฏิบัติการ, การดูแลความปลอดภัยในการทำปฏิบัติการ, ความเหมาะสมของห้องปฏิบัติการ (แสงสว่าง อุณหภูมิ สภาพแวดล้อม), มีกฎระเบียบเพื่อความปลอดภัยในการทำปฏิบัติการ ในระดับดี ความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อให้ให้บริการด้าน เครื่องมือทางวิทยาศาสตร์ (ครุภัณฑ์และวัสดุคงทนถาวร) ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย ความเพียงพอ, ประสิทธิภาพในการใช้งาน และความสะดวกในการใช้งาน ในระดับดี ความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อให้ให้บริการด้าน วัสดุ วัสดุสิ้นเปลือง (เช่น เครื่องแก้ว ถุงมือ)และสารเคมี ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย ความเพียงพอและคุณภาพ ในระดับดี ความพึงพอใจของนิสิตที่มีต่อให้ให้บริการด้าน เจ้าหน้าที่ห้องปฏิบัติการ (ประเมินรวม) ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย ความพร้อมในการเตรียมปฏิบัติการ, ความเต็มใจในการให้บริการ (service mind), ความสะดวกและรวดเร็วในการให้บริการ, ความเท่าเทียมในการให้บริการ และมีเจ้าหน้าที่เพียงพอต่อการให้บริการ ในระดับดี มาก
