Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study the social, artistic and cultural
context in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. by using the data studied to analyze the
connection of ideas emotion sign meaning and unraveling the form of images, ideas
into shadows giving rise to a new set of knowledge in design, creating aesthetic works
and communicating meaning as well as synthesize information to create works and
develop techniques for designing shadow arts under the concept of Sima Shadow
space: Shadow art in the dimension of reflection of meaning under the social and
cultural context of Nakhon Ratchasima Province By disseminating the audience to
become aware of the meaning of the work by using the appearance of shadows to
convey the overlap of the meaning of things that are in the state of reality and
concepts by pointing on questionnaires as gathering information to Data Analysis and
Standard Deviation from a sample group of 81 visitors. The results showed that the researcher designed 4 sets of creative works, namely the first work Center Space the second work Spirit Space the third work Korat Culture Spaceand the fourth work Future Space .and assessed their satisfaction with the creative work. In terms of feeling of beauty along with being aware of the meaning conveyed in Nakhon Ratchasima, the mean was 4.73. The pattern of symbols used to produce clear meanings was averaged 4.69. link the signal to the data set reflecting social, artistic and cultural contexts in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, the mean value was 4.72 The mean value of aesthetics and awareness of the creative works was 4.72 In terms of interaction effect and attitude
towards work, it was found that most of the viewers go through the process of
recalling and recalling memories. space identity build pride in localism that is in line
with the objectives of the work.
