Abstract: การวิจัย เรื่องแนวทางการพัฒนาการให้บริการห้องปฏิบัติการพยาบาล คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพการให้บริการห้องปฏิบัติการพยาบาล คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา และเพื่อหาแนวทาง การพัฒนาการให้บริการห้องปฏิบัติการพยาบาล คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ อาจารย์คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา และนิสิตชั้นปีที่ 2 – 4 คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา กำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครซี่และมอร์แกน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 167 คน จากนั้นใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น โดยใช้ตารางเลขสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดตรวจสอบรายการแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1. คุณภาพการให้บริการห้องปฏิบัติการพยาบาล คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยาในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ระดับคุณภาพการให้บริการในระดับสูงสุด คือ ด้านการรู้จักและเข้าใจผู้ใช้บริการ รองลงมาคือ ด้านการให้ความเชื่อมั่น ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือไว้ใจได้ ด้านการตอบสนองความต้องการ และต่ำสุดคือ ด้านความเป็นรูปธรรม 2. แนวทางการพัฒนาการให้บริการห้องปฏิบัติการพยาบาล คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ประกอบด้วยด้าน ด้านความเป็นรูปธรรม ควรมีการใช้เครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ที่ทันสมัย เช่น คอมพิวเตอร์ กล้องถ่ายรูป วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ในการให้บริการ ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือไว้ใจได้ ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ ขั้นตอน วิธีการ ระเบียบต่างๆ แก่ผู้ใช้บริการได้ถูกต้อง ชัดเจน ด้านการตอบสนองความต้องการ ควรมีเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำห้องปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเพิ่ม เพิ่มเจ้าหน้าที่ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (IT) และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ให้พร้อมใช้ตลอดเวลา

Abstract: Guidelines for the development of nursing laboratory services. School of nursing, university of phayao. The purposes of this research were to study Nursing service quality School of nursing, university of phayao. and Guidelines for the development of nursing laboratory services. School of nursing, university of phayao. The sample groups of this study are the Nursing instructor, and Year 2 - 4 students University of Phayao. The sample groups of 167 from the sample size by using Krejcie and Morgan table. Stratified random sampling and simple random table of Random Number.The instrument for collecting data were rating scale each questionnaires. The statistics used for analyzing the collected data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation (S.D.).The findings of the study were as follows: 1. Nursing service quality School of nursing, university of phayao. As a whole at a medium level. When considering each aspect, it was found that. The level of service quality at the highest level. Is the knowledge and understanding of users. Followed by confidence, Reliability Can be trusted, In response to needs, The level of service quality at the lowest level is Concrete.2. Guidelines for the development of nursing laboratory services. School of nursing, university of phayao. Consists of aspects of concrete. Should use modern tools and equipment. such as Computer, camera, Various materials and services. Reliability. Provide information about various procedures, regulations. To users clearly and correctly in response to needs. There should be additional staff at the nursing laboratory. Add information technology staff and maintain the equipment to be ready for use at all times
