Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรสาขาวิชาสรีรวิทยา คณะวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา ต่อการพัฒนาระบบการสอบก่อนการเรียนภาคปฏิบัติการและเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบการสอบก่อนการเรียนภาคปฏิบัติการโดยทำการศึกษาจาก นิสิตรายวิชาสรีรวิทยาพื้นฐาน (Basic Physiology) 413200 นิสิตรายวิชาสรีรวิทยาพื้นฐาน (Basic Physiology) 367201 นิสิตรายวิชาสรีรวิทยาของมนุษย์ (Human Physiology) 367202 ประจำปีการศึกษาที่ 2/2560 จำนวนรวมทั้งหมด 291 คน เมื่อรวมกับอาจารย์และเจ้าหน้าที่สาขาวิชาสรีรวิทยาอีก 12 คน จำนวนตัวอย่างจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 175 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาระบบการสอบก่อนการเรียนภาคปฏิบัติการ ด้านความน่าเชื่อถือของระบบ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย สามารถสร้างชุดข้อสอบสำหรับแต่ละวิชาได้อย่างถูกต้อง พบว่า ระบบ Online test จะมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่มากกว่าระบบอื่น สามมารถบันทึกผลและรายงานผลการสอบได้อย่างถูกต้อง และ สามารถดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อสอบและรายงานผลการวิเคราะห์ได้อย่างถูกต้อง พบว่า ทุกระบบมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านความถูกต้องและครบถ้วนตรงตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้ระบบ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ความรวดเร็วในการทำข้อสอบ พบว่า ระบบ Online test จะมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่มากกว่าระบบอื่น ส่วนในเรื่องใช้งานง่าย มีการอธิบายการใช้งานอย่างชัดเจน พบว่า ทุกระบบมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านความปลอดภัยของระบบ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ป้องกันการลอกข้อสอบกันได้ และสามารถกำหนดสิทธิ์การเข้าใช้งานได้ พบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way Anova) แล้วพบว่าระบบการสอบก่อนการเรียนภาคปฏิบัติการทั้งสามระบบมีค่าเฉลี่ยที่ไม่แตกต่างกัน

Abstract: This research the objectives of this research were to study the problems and opinions of personnel in physiology. School of Medical Sciences The University of Phayao.The development of the pre-test system and the development of the pre-test system. The instrument used to collect the data was the questionnaire.Comments on the development of the pre-testexam system.
