Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1)ศึกษาสภาพการส่งเสริมการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 (2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพการส่งเสริมการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้มีหน้าที่หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการในสถานศึกษาจำแนกตามตำแหน่งและขนาดของโรงเรียน (3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนาการส่งเสริมการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้มีหน้าที่หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการในสถานศึกษาประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจำนวน 418 คน ได้แก่ (1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 209 คนและ (2) ครูผู้มีหน้าที่หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการในสถานศึกษา จำนวน 209 คน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 รวมประชากรทั้งหมดจำนวน 418 คนตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยนี้ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิโดยจำแนกตามสัดส่วนขนาดของสถานศึกษาผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบหัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการในสถานศึกษาโดยกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางสำเร็จรูปของ Krejcie and Morgan ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 202 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าทีและการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการส่งเสริมการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานีเขต 3 โดยรวมมีสภาพการส่งเสริมการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าอยู่ในระดับมากทั้ง 5 ด้าน เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยได้แก่ 1)ด้านการให้ความสำคัญกับงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียน 2) ด้านการมีความรับผิดชอบต่อครูผู้ทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน3)ด้านการส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าในหน้าที่การงานของครูผู้ทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน 4)ด้านการส่งเสริมให้เกิดความสำเร็จของงานวิจัยในชั้นเรียน และ 5)ด้านการให้ความยอมรับนับถือของครูผู้ทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน ตามลำดับ 2.เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้มีหน้าที่หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการในสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อสภาพการส่งเสริมการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำแนกตามตำแหน่งและขนาดของสถานศึกษา พบว่า มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาการส่งเสริมการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนในสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สรุป ได้ดังนี้ควรมีการจัดอบรมให้ความความรู้เรื่องการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียนให้กับครูทั้งในโรงเรียนหรือนอกโรงเรียนกำหนดให้ใช้รูปแบบในการวิจัยที่เป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกันสถานศึกษาควรมีการเสริมแรงจูงใจให้กับครูเพื่อเป็นการยกย่องครูที่มีผลงานทางด้านการวิจัยและสถานศึกษาควรให้การสนับสนุนหรืออำนวยความสะดวกให้กับครู ให้รางวัลสร้างขวัญและกำลังใจในการทำวิจัยของครูต่อไป

(2) To compare the conditions of promoting research in classrooms in basic schools According to the opinions of the school director and teachers who are responsible for the head of the academic department in the educational institution Classified by position and size of the school. (3) To study guidelines for developing research in classroom in basic schools According to the opinions of the director of the educational institution And teachers who are responsible for the head of the academic department in the school. The population used in this research is 209 school director and 209 teachers are responsible for overseeing the quality assurance system in school. Under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. Total population of 418 people The samples used in this study were obtained from stratified random sampling.
