Abstract:
The research aims to study and compare the perceived image of the Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan Nakhon Ratchasima of interested people. The sample population of this research is university students, alumni, parents, and communities around the university in the amount of 432 people. Research instruments used to collect data consist of questionnaire, statistic value: percentage, mean, and the Standard Deviation, and the comparative analysis statistic of differences with the perceived image of the Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan for examination the t-test value. The result of the perceived image of the Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan is overall in high level. When considering the data in each aspect found that, the corporate identity and the reputation were in the highest level followed by the interpersonal communication, the service, and the physical environment. In this regard, the comparison of the perceived image of the Faculty of Business Administration, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan in the aspects of the physical environment and the service are significantly different at the statistical level of .05 except in the Faculty of Business Administration identity, the reputation, and the interpersonal communication that have no different.
