Abstract:
This research aimed to 1) examine the level of positive organizational behavior, intrinsic motivation and interpersonal relationships of commercial bank employees.
2) study the relationship between internal motivation and positive organizational behavior of commercial bank employees. 3) study the relationship between interpersonal relationships and positive organizational behavior of commercial bank employees.
4) predict positive organizational behavior of commercial bank employees with intrinsic motivation and interpersonal relationships. The sample was 436 employees in commercial banks. The instrument employed in the study was a questionnaire rating scale 5 level. The statistics used to analyze data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
Results indicated that 1) positive organizational behavior, intrinsic motivation and interpersonal relationships of commercial bank employees were at a high level.
2) internal motivation was associated with positive organizational behavior; the relationship was in a highest level at a statistical significance at .01 level. 3) interpersonal relationships were associated with positive organizational behavior; the relationship was at a high level at a statistical significance at .01 level. 4) internal motivation; need for challenge, need for competence, interest-enjoy, aspect of being yourself and interpersonal relationships; team efforts toward goal achievement could predict positive organizational behavior of commercial bank employees at 74.70% at a statistical significance level of .01.
