Abstract:
The purpose of this research to study factor affecting saving of generation and study perspective of savins and spending's generation Y. The sample used n in 1981. to 1997 has 400 beople as worker. Method of survey used questionnaire to collect data. The statistic of research used percentage, mean, Logistic Regression Analysis and Factors Analysis to analyze data. The results showed from analyze factor analysis found that factors can group for 4 groups as following represent about spending, priority and positive attitude toward saving, attitude for not focus on saving and attitude about dept. From using binary logistic regression found that occupation, people decided to saving and investment, average income average spending have effect saving behavioro (bjective of saving and
saving) at significant level 0.5. And gender, education level and status not effect saving behavior (objective of saving and quantity of saving) at significant level. Keywords : saving, saving behavior, generation Y
