Abstract: การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาพัฒนาการกลุ่มผู้ร่วมพัฒนาชาติไทยของชุมชนบ้านโคกเขา ตำบลโคกมะม่วง อำเภอปะคำ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ 2. เพื่อศึกษาองค์ความรู้ประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่นของกลุ่มผู้ร่วมพัฒนาชาติไทยชุมชนบ้านโคกเขา ตำบลโคกมะม่วง อำเภอปะคำ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ 3. เพื่อค้นหาแนวทางการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ของชุมชนบ้านโคกเขา ตำบลโคกมะม่วง อำเภอปะคำ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึก สนทนากลุ่ม การเดินสำรวจ และการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม ผลการศึกษา พบว่า พัฒนาการกลุ่มผู้ร่วม พัฒนาชาติไทยของชุมชนบ้านโคกเขามี 2 ประการ คือ 1. การก่อตัวทางประวัติศาสตร์ 2.การประกาศอิสรภาพภายใต้ระบอบประชาธิปไตย นอกจากนี้ยังพบองค์ความรู้ประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเหตุการณ์ ต่อสู้กับรัฐบาลไม่ว่าจะเป็นองค์ความรู้สัญลักษณ์การสื่อสารของกลุ่ม องค์ความรู้การเชิญชวนให้เข้าร่วมกลุ่มผู้ร่วมพัฒนาชาติไทยและองค์ความรู้การดำรงชีวิตในป่า เป็นต้น จนนำไปสู่การค้นพบแนวทางการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่น4 ประการ ได้แก่ 1. แหล่งเรียนรู้อนุสรณ์สถานประชาชนอีสานใต้ 2. แหล่งเรียนรู้อาคารพิพิธภัณฑ์พื้นบ้าน 3. แหล่งเรียนรู้ศาลาหลวงปู่เกาะ ยโสธโร 4. แหล่งเรียนรู้ภูมิปัญญาสมุนไพรไทยและแพทย์แผนจีน จึงนับได้ว่าเป็นการวิจัยที่สะท้อนการค้นพบคุณค่าของประวัติศาสตร์ท้องถิ่นให้กลายเป็นองค์ความรู้ที่สำคัญนำไปสู่การพัฒนาต่อยอดให้กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อไป

Abstract: The objectives of the research were: 1) to study the development of Thai national development group of Ban Khokkhao community, Khokmamuang Sub-district, Pakham District, Buriram Province, 2) to study the body of knowledge regarding the local history of the Thai national development group of Ban Khokkhao community, Khokmamuang Sub-district, Pakham District, Buriram Province, and 3) to find out the ways to develop learning resources of Ban Khokkhao community, Khokmamuang Sub district, Pakham District, Buriram Province. The research was a qualitative study. The data were collected by using in-depth interviews, focus group interviews, walkthrough surveys and participatory observations. The results showed that there were2 phases in the development of Thai national development group of Ban Khokkhao community, Khokmamuang Sub district, Pakham District, Buriram Province: 1) Historical formations and 2) Independence declaration under democracy. In addition, the body of knowledge on the local history of Thai national development group related to the incident they fought against the government was also found such as the body of knowledge on group communication symbols, the body of knowledge on inviting people to join the Thai national development group, and the body of knowledge on living in the forest. This led to the 4 approaches for local history learning resources development: 1) The Southern Isaan Monument Learning Resources, 2) Folk Museum Learning Resources, 3) Luang Pu Koh Yasotharo’s Pavilion Learning Resources, and 4) Traditional Chinese Medicine and Thai Herbal Wisdom Learning Resources. This research is discovering the values of the local history which is the crucial body of knowledge. The knowledge can be used for developing related parties in the future.
