Abstract:
This research study examines the level of organization characteristics along with the analysis of the work performance level and study the characteristics of high-performance organizations that affect the efficiency of the work performance of 200 support personnel of Buriram Rajabhat University with a questionnaire. Statistics used were percentage, standard deviation, T-test one-way variance test and multiple correlation analysis. It was found that the personnel had opinion on the characteristics of the high-performance organization as a whole and in each aspect at a high level. While the level of efficiency in overall and individual performance was also at a high level. Moreover, the test results of the relationship of the regression coefficient to the performance showed that there was a moderate to low correlation in the same direction. The high-performance organizational characteristics of collaboration focus were most positively correlated at a moderate level (r = 0.401) with the performance of support personnel, Buriram Rajabhat University with the statistically significant difference at 0.05 level.
