Abstract: บทความนี้ศึกษากระบวนการพัฒนานักศึกษาภายใต้ภาวะปกติใหม่ (New Normal) สาขาวิชาการพัฒนาสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบุรีรัมย์ เก็บข้อมูลจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และสนทนากลุ่ม พบว่า กระบวนการพัฒนานักศึกษาภายใต้ภาวะปกติใหม่ (New Normal) ได้แก่ 1) ติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสาร ด้านการเมือง เศรษฐกิจ สังคม วัฒนธรรม 2) ประเมินความเคลื่อนไหวต่าง ๆ ของสังคมไทยและสังคมโลก 3) มีทักษะการจัดสวัสดิการชุมชน 4) มีเทคนิคการค้นหาและความต้องการของชุมชน 5) มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ให้สอดคล้องทั้งปัจจัยภายในและปัจจัยภายนอก 6) เป็นบุคคลที่สนใจใฝ่รู้ทบทวนความรู้เดิม เพิ่มเติมความรู้ใหม่ 7) ทักษะคำพูดที่กระตุ้นให้คนฟังเกิดความเชื่อมั่นต่อตนเอง 8) มีความสนใจและชื่นชอบทำงานร่วมกับชุมชน 9) มีทักษะและบุคลิกความเป็นผู้นำ ทักษะทั้ง 9 ด้าน ตอบโจทย์ความคาดหวังของตลาดแรงงานและการพัฒนาบัณฑิตของกระทรวงอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม ตลอดจนสอดคล้องกับทิศทางการพัฒนาประเทศภายใต้ภาวะปกติใหม่อีกด้วย

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to study students development process under New Normal of Social Development program in Buriram Rajabhat University. The researchers collected the data through relevant document s, In-depth Interview, and Focus Group discussion. The study found the procedures for developing the students under the New Normal situation were the followings. 1) Following news and information concerning politics, economy, societies, and cultures, 2) Evaluating the movement of people in Thai society and world society, 3) Having skill for organizing community welfare, 4) Having techniques of searching for community needs, 5) Having skill for analyzing situations that relevant to inside and outside factors, 6) Being a person who is eager to learn, review prior knowledge, and add new knowledge, 7) Having speaking skill that encourages listeners to have self-esteem, 8) Being a person who is interested in communities and like to work with communities , and 9) Having skill and personality of leadership. These 9 skills meet the expectation of workforce market and students development of Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, and they are in accordance with the directions of country development under the New Normal situations.
