Abstract:
This research aims to create a Betel nut husking Horizontal Roller Machine. To support chess growers
and the agricultural industry. It generates revenues for farmers and industry up to 4,714.18 million baht per
year. Which features the machine stripper created. The machine features 40 cm wide, 170 cm long, 110 cm
height, and 40 kg weight. Using a power plant from a 1.5 kW AC motor, chain transmission through 20:1 gearboxes,

Effectiveness (OEE) is 89.05 % The machine payback period is 248 hours per year and the working break-even
point is 60.2 hours per year
