Abstract:
The purposes of this research were : 1) to study the prac-tice ethical developing the 8 basics moralities of students Banprakong school under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) to study guidelines for ethical developing the 8 basic moralities ofstu-dents Banprakong school under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 1.The samples were 148 parents from the population ran-dom 9 teachers, 7 basic boards school, 9 community representatives.The samplepopulation forusebrainstormingtechniques. From asamplin-gof 14people.The research instrument and method usedto collectdata were questionnaire and brainstorm method. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the study were as follows: 1.The practice on 8 basics moralities students of Banprakong school under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 1both as a whole and in each aspect were at the high level. in descending order, with the average of the high to the low side of kindness, integrity, the discipline the unity, hygienic ,the polite side, diligence and frugality. 2.Guidelines for Ethical Developing the 8 basic moralities ofs-tudents Banprakong school under Buriram primary educational service area office 1, to create a partnership between teachers and parents closely. Whether correct understanding about moral development, cou-pled with balanced academic development. To provide a better under-standing to parents, Participation, conduct surveillance. Vigilance and risk factors including the creation of collaborative assessment is to obtain information that is useful to the development community must be in-volved in its development. And ethical development requires a variety of activities in the teaching and learning of teachers and fielded every moral learning seriously and continuously.3. The additional opinion were school shouldhave heldmeetingswith parentsand the communityinformed ofethical development on the 8 ba-sic moral of students for the betterand livehappilyin society.
