Abstract:
This research aims to develop e-learning media for Thai Airways international cabin crew by studying basic operation course learning achievement in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. Mixed methods research was used. The data used were quantitatively collected of Thai Airways international cabin crew. The samples were 375 participants which were selected by using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. Five participants from the management team and instructors, contributing the e-learning course, were qualitatively in-depth interviewed and rational approaches toward synthesized the data. Results revealed that after taking the e-learning course training, trainees passed the test scores at 80% with high satisfaction level toward the course, showing higher learning achievement than ever before. Furthermore, the management team agreed that the e-learning is very effective for the organization but should be developed a more accurate learners authentication system. The trainees proposed that the e-learning media should be more stable with a variety of teaching styles and interactive channel between teachers and learners.
