Abstract: การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความต้องการสวัสดิการสังคมของผู้สูงอายุในเขตเทศบาล ตําบลหนองแวง อําเภอละหานทราย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ใน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านสุขภาพอนามัยด้านที่อยู่อาศัย ด้านการศึกษา และด้านนันทนาการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้จากการสุ่มจากประชากร โดยการกําหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของทาโร่ยามาเน่ ปี ค.ศ. 1973 ได้ขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จํานวน 316 คน แล้วทําการสุ่มกระจายไปตามชุมชนต่างๆ ตามสัดส่วนโดยวิธีสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล มี 3 ลักษณะ ได้แก่ แบบตรวจสอบรายการ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบคําถามปลายเปิด ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.8002 สถิติพื้นฐานที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความต้องการสวัสดิการสังคมของผู้สูงอายุในเขตเทศบาล ตําบลหนองแวง อําเภอละหานทราย จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.97) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านสุขภาพอนามัย อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.51) นอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะอื่นๆ ที่มีจํานวนมากที่สุด คือ ผู้สูงอายุต้องการเบี้ยยังชีพเพิ่ม รองลงมา คือ ผู้สูงอายุอยากให้เทศบาล ตําบลหนองแวง ส่งเสริมกิจกรรมและสนับสนุนชมรมผู้สูงอายุ และผู้สูงอายุต้องการให้เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข ออกบริการและตรวจรักษาสุขภาพตามหมู่บ้านตามลําดับส่วนข้อเสนอแนะความต้องการสวัสดิการสังคมของผู้สูงอายุด้านสุขภาพอนามัย ข้อที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ มีการจัดเครื่องอุปโภคบริโภคให้แก่ผู้สูงอายุตามความจําเป็นและทั่วถึงดังนั้นเทศบาล ตําบลหนองแวง และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ควรเสนอแนะกรอบทิศทางการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาผู้สูงอายุในประเด็นสําคัญๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับปรับกระบวนการและวิธีการที่เป็นอุปสรรคในการจัดสวัสดิการให้แก่ผู้สูงอายุให้ตรงจุด ทันต่อความต้องการ และให้มีความเหมาะสมตามยุคสมัย

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the welfare needs of elderly in Nongwang Subdistrict Municipality, Lahansai District, BuriramProvince in 4 aspects :health and sanitation, housing, education and recreation.Size of the sample population was determined byTaro Yamane in 1973 and sampling table which was 316. The research tool used for collecting the data was questionnaire consisting of 3-parts including checklist, 5-rating scale, and open-ended questions with its reliability at 0.8002 The statisticsused for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings were as follows : 1. Over all rating of the welfare needs, by the elderly was high.Among the 4 aspects health and sanitation showed the highest level the rest were at high level. Thenat a high level. The highest averagevalue were health and sanitation. The subordinatevalue was residence. The side with the lowestaverage cost was education 2.The additional opinions and suggestions with the highest percentages were the elderly need more allowance. followed by the elderly want to Nongwang Subdistrict Municipality activitie sand support to the elderly, and the elderly want to health officer careservices to the villages, respectively. The Suggestion of the welfare needs of elderly in Nongwang Subdistrict Municipality, Lahansai District, Buriram Province in health and sanitation aspect. the average maximum are the consumer has the elderlyas necessary and thoroughly. So Nongwang Subdistrict Mu-nicipality and those involved should suggest the direction of travel of the elderly in developing key issues about the processand how to be an obstacleto the welfare of the elderlyon the spot for pacing with demand and provide a suitable period.
