Abstract:
This research aims were: to study factors affecting the success of school in the Eastern and to establish predictors of academic success. The population consisted of 26,711 teachers, working in the year 2017 in the Eastern region of Thailand, under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, under the Primary Educational Service Area Office, under the Provincial Administrative Organization, under the Municipality Office, and the Office of the Private Education Commission. The samples group included 564 teachers from SaKaeo province and Chanthaburi province. The samples were selected by using Multistage sample technique. The instrument for this research was a set of questionnaire form on factors affecting the success of school in the Eastern. In determining the correlation between variables using confirmatory factor analysis, determining the reliability of the questionnaire by using Alpha coefficient of Cronbach's coefficient, it was found that the confidence was .896 by processing the data collected from the respondents: gender, age, level of education, work experiences, and affiliations. The data were analyzed by using distribution frequency, percentage. And the hypothesis was tested by Logistic Regression Analysis. The results showed that Factors Affecting the success of School in Eastern region of Thailand were factors on Culture (X3), information systems and environment to work (X4) and human resource management system (X5). The predictive equations as follows: Logit = -14.036 +.3.183 (X3) -.866 (X4) +.860 (X5). Variables of factors on Culture (X3), information systems and environment to work (X4) and human resource management system (X5) were the predictors of academic success. The level of statistical significance .05 of the predictors that can predict correctly as 67.00 percent
