Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: 1) to improve Thai-Lao language andculture course for Thai and foreign students via an electronic learning (e-Learning) system also known as the T5 model to be effective according to the criteria 80/80 and 2) to examine the students satisfaction when studying in the Thai-Lao language and culture course for Thai and foreigner students via the system. The participants of this research were 45 teachers teaching in the Thai language who are alumni of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University, Bachelor of Arts in Thai an Bachelor of Education in Thai program. The T5 Model e-Learning was used as the research model. The research instruments were lessons, activities, pre-tests and post-tests,and satisfaction questionnaires. The findings indicated that: 1)the efficiency of Thai-Lao language and culture course for Thai and foreigner students via electronic learning system in the first tryout was 80/83,and in the second trial run was 81/83. It can be concluded that thelearning through the e-Learning program was effective according to the criteria and 2) the students satisfaction with using e-Learning for learning and studying activities was at the highest level of 4.56 representing 88.9%, for lesson model and website was 4.55 representing 88.9%, for teaching and studying method was 4.48 representing 87.6, for lesson contentpresentation was 4.47 representing 87.4%, respectively and 4.58representing 89.3 for the overall satisfaction.
