Abstract:
This research was combined by two techniques, Quantitative and Qualitative. The purposes of the research are 1. To study the strategies in order to accommodate the association of South East Asian Nations of entrepreneurs on Thailand and Cambodia. 2. To compare the difference of the nationalities, investment, the type of business and the strategies in running the business. 3. To study the developmentof management strategies to accommodate the association of South East Asian Nations of entrepreneurs on Thailand Cambodia Border. For the quantitative research, the researcher to the sampling population by taking the calculation formula or Taro Yamane and the level of reliability was 95%. There were 250 people for the population. The data was collected by accidental collection and judgement collection. The tool of this research was the questionnaire. The reliability was 0.856 and the statistic for this research was frequency, percentage , mean, standard deviation, T-test, F-Test. For the qualitative research, the data was collected by interviewing. This is for the developmentof management strategies to accommodate the association of South East Asian nations of entrepreneurson Thailand Cambodia border. The data was collected by purposive sampling of 30 shopkeepers. The data was collected to analyzed in qualitative process. The findings were taking to classify for the analysis that are in the main purpose and sub detailspurpose, and explanation . Then the results were taken to link the relation and after that the conclusion was built from the research.The findings are as followed :1. The strategies of the entrepreneurs between Thailand and Cambodia border in the general term are high. The mean was 3.85 and when considered as a whole of the location it was =4.01. The strategies in product administration was =3.91, finance =3.80, and marketing =3.79.The smallest strategies were shop administration =3.75.2. The result of the comparison in strategies management of the entrepreneurs on Thailand Cambodiaborder in Surin in a whole , classified by the nationality the result was no statistically significance in the level of 0.05. The classification of financial investment and type of business the result of the management strategy was statistically significance at the level of 0.05.3. The suggestion for strategy development to accommodate the association of South East Asian nations of the entrepreneurs on Thailand Cambodia border, the entrepreneurs must have the strategies to suit the need of the customers. There was also the suitability of the limited financial budget, and the entrepreneurs have to take some budget from the profit to expand their business in a suitable way. Moreover the entrepreneurs can build up the internal image of the consumers.
