The action research in order to access the efficiency of the instructional management under the Thai education philosophy standard in the high school in Buriram Province
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were to study the efficiency of the instruction management and the problem solution tendency of the instruction management under the framework of Thai educational philosophy in the high school of Buriram, which this was the study of four dimensions of philosophy such as first; the course, second; the instruction management, third; the assess- ment and evaluation of learning outcome, fourth; the teacher or the instructor. The examples in this research was the 460 persons of school's administrators and teachers group, the 400 persons of teacher group and the 46 persons of the student getting by the purposive sampling. The statistic used in this research was Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. The results of the research was found that the education of high school in Buriram followed under the Thai educational philosophy, but it was totally arranged in the middle level and when considered in each detail it was found that the Progressivism was arranged in the more level, the Buddhishic Philosophy in the second level and the essentialism in the least level. For the problem solution tendency of instruction management, it n should solute as follows; it should add the instruction based on the participatory of the students in the different activities, the bravery of thinking, doing and expression in making the goodness.
