Abstract: การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการประยุกต์ใช้โปรแกรม Moodle Mobile Application สำหรับการเรียนการสอนในระบบ e-learning ของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา และศึกษาหาผลความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการต่อความสามารถของ Moodle Mobile Application ผลการศึกษาการประยุกต์ใช้โปรแกรม Moodle Mobile Application สำหรับการเรียนการสอนในระบบ e-learning ของมหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา พบว่า โปรแกรม moodle Mobile Application สามารถทำงานได้ตามขอบเขต และกรอบแนวความคิดที่ตั้งไว้ โดยวัดจากความพึงพอใจของอาจารย์ เจ้าหน้าที่ และนิสิตต่อความพึงพอใจด้านคุณภาพของโปรแกรม อยู่ในระดับมาก คือ x̄ = 4.39 S.D. = 0.70 ในส่วนของความพึงพอใจ ด้านคุณภาพของเนื้อหาอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน คือ x̄ = 4.09 S.D. = 0.78 และความพึงพอใจ ด้านการออกแบบ และการจัดรูปแบบการใช้งานของโปรแกรม ก็อยู่ในระดับที่พึงพอใจมาก คือ x̄ = 4.04 S.D. = 0.78 ด้วยโปรแกรม moodle Mobile Application มีการใช้งานอย่างสม่ำเสมอและต่อเนื่อง เพราะความร่วมมือของอาจารย์ประจำรายวิชาที่สร้างเนื้อหา และแบบฝึกหัดให้นิสิตได้เข้ามาใช้งานตลอดทั้งเทอม 1 และเทอม 2 ของปีการศึกษา 2561 ทำให้นิสิตเข้าใจและใช้งานได้อย่างถูกต้องรวดเร็ว ทำให้เกิดการใช้งานอย่างแพร่หลายมากยิ่งขึ้น ในสาขาวิชาอื่น ๆ ดังนั้น ในการรักษาความเสถียรภาพ ของระบบ e-learning เป็นสิ่งสำคัญมาก ผู้ดูแลระบบจึงต้องมีความรู้ความสามารถในด้านเครือข่าย เพื่อควบคุมและบริหารจัดการให้มีประสิทธิภาพอยู่เสมอ เพราะเมื่อระบบ e-learning ไม่สามารถทำงานได้ผู้ใช้งานบน smart phone ทั้งหมด ก็ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้เช่นกัน

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to study the application of Moodle Mobile Application for teaching in the e-learning system of Phayao University. And study the results of users' satisfaction towards Moodle Mobile Application capabilities The results of the application of the Moodle Mobile Application program for teaching in the e-learning system of Phayao University found that the Moodle Mobile Application can work according to the scope and framework set by the measure of the satisfaction of the teacher. Staff and students on the quality satisfaction of the program Was at a high level, x̄ = 4.39 S.D. = 0.70, in terms of content quality satisfaction was also at a high level, x̄ = 4.09 S.D. = 0.78 and satisfaction in the design and formatting of the use of the program Was at a very satisfactory level, x̄ = 4.04 S.D. = 0.78 With the Moodle Mobile Application program, it is used regularly and continuously because of the cooperation of the course instructors who create content and exercises for students to use throughout the term 1 and term 2 of the academic year 2018, allowing students to understand and use. Correctly, quickly, causing more widespread use in other disciplines. Therefore, in the treatment The stability of the e-learning system is very important. The system administrator must therefore have the knowledge and capabilities in the network to control and manage effectively. Because when the elearning system does not work, users on all smart phones are not able to use as well.
