The Relationship between 21st Century Strategic Leadership and Internal Quality Assurance Implementation of School in Chiang Khong District under Chiang Rai Primary Educational Service Area 4
Abstract:
This research aims 1) to study the level of strategic leadership in the 21 century of Chiang Khong school administrators under Chiang Rai elementary school district office 4 2) to study the level of quality assurance operation within Chiang Khong schools under Chiang Rai elementary school district office 4 3) to study the relationship of strategic leadership in the 21 th century of school administrators and quality assurance operations within Chiang khong school district under Chiang Rai elementary school district office district 4 samples including school administrators and teachers in Chiang Khong district. 175 people are affiliated with Chiang rai elementary school district 4, proportional zed by sample size with Cleggie Morgan's prefabricated table. Use stratified sampling method The tool used to collect data is a scale query, estimating 5 levels, a conformity index value of 1.00, a sentiment value of 0.87. Pearson Correlation Coefficient The results showed that 1) the strategic leadership in the 21 th century of school administrators in Chiang Khong district under the Chiang Rai Elementary School District Office, District 4 as a whole and the income was at the highest level. Chiang Khong District 3) The relationship between the 21-century strategic leadership of the school administrators and the quality assurance operations within the school, Chiang Khong District, under the Chiang Khong Elementary School District Office, District 4, has a very high level of positive relations (r = 0.89). Statistically significant at 0.01 level.
