Abstract:
This research aims to 1) study the level of the administration of the school administrators, Office of Private Education, Narathiwat Province, 2) compare the administration of the school administrators, Office of Private Education, Narathiwat Province, 3) propose suggestions concerning the administration of the school administrators, Office of Private Education, Narathiwat Province. The samples of this research were 273 administrators and teachers. The questionnaire has been applied for collecting data, and the data were, then, analyzed by the package program and shown in percentages, means, standard deviation, T-Test scores, and the F-Test.
The research findings are as follows:
1. The level of the administration of the school administrators, Office of Private Education, Narathiwat Province was at the overall level of very.
2. The comparison of the administration of the school administrators, Office of Private Education, Narathiwat Province, according to the variables of genders, ages, working experiences, positions, and the size of schools had no difference.
3. The research proposed suggestions concerning the administration of the private school administrators, Office of Private Education, Narathiwat Province as follow:
1) Managerial administration
- Administrators should have the meeting for every administration for planning using the resources effectively.
- Administrators should support developing learners, teachers, and educators for having morals, ethics, and desirable characteristics of being economic sufficiency.
2) Planning administration
- Administrators should develop the management system for the modern and transformational school.
- Administrators should continually develop the organization and set the short, middle and long goals of development clearly.
3) Academic administration
- Administrators should develop the curriculum management procedure for accelerating the quality of learning and its efficiency.
- Administrators should develop learners to catch up with the global trend.
4) Budget administration
- Administrators should analyze and consider managing the budget for developing teaching and learning following the area educational framework and the needs of the school.
- Administrators should have the financial plan for achieving the set mission of the school.
5) Human resources administration
- Administrators should evaluate performance of teachers and educators systematically and consistently.
- Administrators should assign teachers and educators duties properly to their competencies and abilities.
