Abstract:
The objectives of this study were 1) to study the State and Approach of Bilingual School Management under Secondary Educational Service Area Office 36 with a sample of research by 118 cases which are school administrator (35 cases) and a teacher in charge of the project (83 cases); a rating scale questionnaire was as a tool to collect data and the statistics used were mean and standard division (S.D.). And 2) to study the guideline of Bilingual School Management which was interviewed by 5 experts; a semi-structured interview questionnaire and analysis by the Content Analysis. The research findings were below; 1) The State and Approach of Bilingual School Management were overall at a high level. As in each aspect followed by Academic Administration, Budget Managernent, General Management and Personnel Management. 2) the guideline of Bilingual School Management was found that Academic Management is a priority to represents the Bilingual School effectiveness and the executives better in excellent vision, well planned and follow by the academic instructions. The Budget Management adheres to achievement motivation, performance based on budgeting, and focusing of related organizations by the project in line with the vision and mission. Personnel Management should promote personnel flexibility, independence in regulations, and none-stop development. To support the teachers passes assessments and evaluations as a reference to English Language Proficiency (CEFR)., encourage to create an organizational culture for knowledge exchange. The General Management should play a key role in coordination, support, and facilitation. Provides necessary tools, and creates an atmosphere for learning.
