The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the level of effective teamwork administration of school administrators under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) to compare the effective teamwork administration of school administrators by position, work experience, and school size, and 3) study the guideline for the development of effective teamwork administration of school administrators. The sample group consisted of school administrators and teachers 335 people. The questionnaires of the research were 5-level rating scale, the structured interview form, and the reliability was 0.986. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and Scheffé's method.
The research findings were:
1) the overall level of the effective teamwork administration of school administrators under Surin Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was found at a high level,
2) the overall level of comparison of effective teamwork administration of school administrators by position, work experience, and school size, was found the different statistical significance at 0.05, and
3) the guidelines for the development of effective teamwork administration of school administrators were found that school administrators should encourage effective team members to propose a solution to operational problems in schools with reliability and trust. Moreover, the objectives of the work should be clearly stated and all team members are allowed to freely express their opinions. There was an exchange of learning to create an understanding of the roles, duties, and everyone’s responsibility to work as a team.
