The purposes of this study were to study 1) the level of the servant leadership style of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surin, 2) the level of teachers job satisfaction under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surin. and 3) the relationship between servant leadership style of school administrators and teachers job satisfaction under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surin.
The samples used in the study consisted of 351 people. The instrument was a five-level rating scale. The reliability of the issue was 0.965. Data were analyzed statistically to reveal percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearsons product-moment correlation coefficient.
The research findings were as follows:
1. The level of the servant leadership style of the school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surin was at a high level.
2. The level of teachers job satisfaction under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surin was at a high level.
3. The relationship between the servant leadership style of school administrators and teachers job satisfaction under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surin was statistically significant at the 0.01 level.
